خبرهای روحانی از بازگشایی اماکن مقدس، رستورانها، دانشگاه و هتلها
سه ساعت صبح و سه ساعت بعد از ظهر درهای صحن باز شود
رئیسجمهور گفت: حتی اگر این ویروس در تابستان و پاییز جهش هم پیدا کند، باید بدانیم ما از پیک اصلی کرونا در کشور عبور کردیم.
به گزارش صبحامروز، حجتالاسلام و المسلمین حسن روحانی صبح روز (شنبه) در جلسه ستاد مقابله با کرونا اظهار کرد: ما نباید بگذاریم اضطراب در جامعه ایجاد شود و نباید بگذاریم ناامیدی بوجود بیاید و در عین حال نباید بگذاریم مردم احساس کنند که از خطر کامل این ویروس عبور کردیم.
روحانی گفت: برخی یاس و اضطراب و دلهره را در جامعه میدمند و مردم احساس میکنند دچار یک سختی شدهاند که به زودی راه فرار از آن نیست.
* من از مسئولین پزشکی، اجتماعی، سیاسی و اقتصادی میخواهم برای مردم توضیح بدهند که دوران سختی نگذشته و دوران ویروس تمام نشده است ولی شرایط ما از دیروز بهتر شده است.
* امروز مهارت کادر پرشکی و مردم و همچنین تجهیزات درمانی ما بیشتر شده است. مردم باید بدانند شرایط فردای ما در مقابله با ویروس کرونا بدتر از امروز نیست. مردم ضمن احتیاط، به آینده خود اطمینان داشته باشند. حتی اگر این ویروس در تابستان و پاییز جهش هم پیدا کند، باید بدانیم ما از پیک اصلی کرونا در کشور عبور کردیم.
* ما باید مردم را برای زندگی چند ماهه با ویروس کرونا آماده کنیم. دوره کرونا تمام نشده است. ببینید کشورهایی که از ما پولدارترند و تجهیزات بهداشتی بهتری دارند، چگونه در مبارزه با کرونا مانده اند.
* فاصلهگذاری اجتماعی به صورت هوشمند را باید تا اطلاع ثانوی داشته باشیم. برخی عادات را برای یک مدتی باید فراموش کنیم. قرار شده بود هر کسی که فهمیدیم مبتلاست باید به خود او، خانوادهاش و محل کارش ابلاغ کنیم؛ اما این کار بعضا انجام نشده؛ من چند مورد را اتفاقی بررسی کردم دیدم به خودش هم اطلاع داده نشده بوده یا به محل کار و خانواده هم گفته نشده؛ این مصوبه ستاد بوده و ضروری است.
* ما باید برای افرادی که در کشورمان مشکلاتی برایشان ایجاد شده بسته های حمایتی در نظر بگیریم. دولت به تنهایی قادر نیست؛ اما همه کمک می کنند. همه در صحنه هستند. شرکت های دانش بنیان بار بسیار سنگینی در پیش دارند شاید همین محققان به درمان رسیدند. واکسن دوره طولانی دارد و بعیده به امسال برسد.
* ما نیاز به ارز و ریال و کالا داریم. اگر چشم ما به بشکه نفت است؛ بله مشکل خواهیم داشت اما اگر صادر کنندگان ما ارز را باز گردانند مشکلی نخواهیم داشت.
* اوایل اسفند گذشته را نگاه کنید ببینید چه اضطراب و به هم ریختگی بود و کسی نمیدانست چگونه باید عمل و مقابله کند و راه حل چیست و اینکه پنهان بودن این ویروس چقدر است یکی میگفت ۵ روز و دیگری می گفت ۱۵ روز. نمیدانستیم علائم ویروس چیست یکی میگفت سرفه و دیگری می گفت تب بالا.
* در این مدت مهارت مردم و کادر درمانی ما به مراتب بالا رفته است و به خوبی پرستاران و پزشکان این ویروس را میشناسند و علائم این بیماری را میدانند. روزهای اول نمیدانستند سردرد، درد عضلات، از دست رفتن چشایی و بویایی هم می تواند علائم ابتلا به ویروس کرونا باشد و فقط به سرفه و تب و تنگی نفس اکتفا شده بود.
* بعدها معلوم شد، آثار و علائم این ویروس متفاوت است و با شکلها و آثار مختلف ظهور و بروز میکند، تجهیزات ما هم بیشتر شده است. روز اول اگر درباره ماسک صحبت میشد، نمیدانستیم ماسک ان ۹۵ ما کافی است یا خیر و میتوانیم این نوع ماسکها را تولید کنیم یا نه و اگر تولید میکنیم مورد تائید بخش پزشکی ماست؟ وِنتیلاتور ما کافی است و میتوانیم بسازیم یا خیر؟
* ما از این مسائل عبور کردهایم. البته شرایط فردای ما بدتر از امروز ما در زمینه مقابله با این ویروس نیست. مگر آنکه بگویند این ویروس در چند ماه دیگر جهش پیدا میکند.
* شرایط ما بهتر شده و مردم ضمن احتیاط باید به آینده اطمینان داشته باشند، اگر در آینده این ویروس جهش داشته باشد و موجی در اواخر تابستان و پاییز داشته باشیم، بازهم وضع ما بهتر از امروز ماست و از موج اصلی عبور کردهایم. بدن بعضیها مقاومت بیشتری یافته است و خیلی شرایط ما نسبت به روز اول متفاوت است. امروز ۱۵ اسفند و اول فروردین نیست. امروز در آخر اردیبهشت هستیم و شرایط بهتر شده است.
* فکر نکنیم همه چیز تمام شده است، در اجتماع قرار گرفتن و پروتکلهای بهداشتی را رعایت نکردن موجب شیوع ویروس میشود چرا که ۵ نفر میتواند موجب ابتلای ۵۰ و این ۵۰ نفر ۵۰۰ نفر دیگر را مبتلا کنند و آن وقت با مشکل روبهرو میشویم.
* باید حالت وسطی برای مردم ترسیم شود، اضطراب و دلهره درست نکنیم، بیتفاوتی هم ایجاد نکنیم. صداوسیما و پزشکان ما برای مردم این مساله را توضیح دهند. در کشور ما مساله جان و دین، نان و جان نداریم. دین، جان و نان ما در کنار همدیگر است. هم شبهای قدر را داشتیم و هم جاهای سفید را داشتیم که نماز جمعه در آنها برقرار شده است.
* روز اول که با این ویروس مواجهه شدیم با یک خطر دیگری روبهرو شدیم و این خطر را از رسانههای بیگانه حس و لمس کردم، دیدم آنها میخواهند با این بیماری کشور را تعطیل کرده و بهم بریزند. در کشور همانطور که سلامت یک موضوع ضروری است، آب، گاز و برق هم یک خدمت ضروری است. بسیاری از مسائل به عنوان خدمت ضروری مطرح است. برخی از کالاها هم به عنوان کالاهای ضروری هستند.
* ما در قدم اول بر کالاها و خدمات ضروری متمرکز شدیم و محکم ایستادیم، همه جا بر فعالیت خود محکم ایستاده و بدون تعطیلی یک روز به کار خود ادامه دادند. در برخی از کشورها با این مساله با مشکل روبهرو شدند. گفتیم کارخانهها و کارگاههای تولید ماسک بر سرکار بروند و بدون تعطیلی روبهرو شدند.
* فعالیتهای کمریسک ۲۳ فروردین و سپس در اول اردیبهشت بازگشایی شدند و سپس مشاغل دیگر بازگشایی شدند. آنجاهایی که مردم مراعات کردند، مسائل خوب پیش رفته است. در مورد آموزش باید کار حساب شدهتر باشد تا بتوانیم جبران کنیم.
* برای روز قدس دو تصمیم گرفته شد، اول اینکه در شهرهای سفید که ۲۱۸ شهر میگوییم، روز قدس هم برگزار می شود و با مراعات همه پروتکل های بهداشتی نه به صورت راهپیمایی بلکه به صورت حضور در نماز جمعه برگزار می شود. اما در تهران هم اینکه هیچ خبری نباشد نمی شود قرار شد مسئولیت آن را سپاه بر عهده گیرد و در محدوده خاصی با خودرو بصورت نمادین برگزار شود.
* روز عید فطر بنا شد در سراسر کشور نماز عید فطر باشد اما در مکانهای بزرگ مثل مصلیها برگزار نشود و در مساجد برگزار شود. مسأله بعدی اماکن مقدسه در مشهد، قم و شاهچراغ قرار شد بعد از ماه مبارک، صحن ها باز می شود و رستوران ها هم باز می شود.
*{در خصوص روند بازگشایی حرمهای متبرکه}: بنا شد صحنهای اماکن مقدس بعد از ماه مبارک رمضان در چارچوب دستورالعمل های تعیین شده بازگشایی شوند، ولی همچنان رواقها و حرمها بسته خواهند ماند. بنا شد فعلا سه ساعت صبح و سه ساعت بعد از ظهر درهای صحن باز شود تا مردم با حضور در صحنها به اعمال زیارتی خود پرداخته، ولی این توقف نباید بیش از حد باشد؛ البته این آغاز کار است و هر چه به جلوتر برویم شرایط بهبود پیدا خواهد کرد.
* رستورانها نیز بعد از ماه مبارک رمضان در چارچوب پروتکلهای بهداشتی فعالیتهای خود را از سر میگیرند. کنکور نیز در چارچوب همین پروتکلها انجام خواهد شد.
**{در مورد بازگشایی دانشگاهها}: دانشگاهها به غیر از دانشگاههای پزشکی که شرایط دیگری دارند و الان هم فعال هستند، از ۱۷ خرداد فعالیت خود را آغاز میکنند؛ هم برای کارگاهها، آزمایشگاهها و مواردی که لازم است و هم برای امتحانات.
* فعالیتهای ورزشی بازگشایی خواهند شد البته این کار باید در چارچوب پروتکل های بهداشتی و بدون تماشاچی باشد، هیچ اجتماعی را شاهد نباشیم و تماشاچی در این حوزه حضور نداشته باشد که این پروتکل از سوی وزارت بهداشت ابلاغ خواهد شد.
*{ درباره فعالیت هتلها در این ایام}: در این ایام هتل ها کاملا بسته نیستند صرفا قسمت رستوران آنها بسته بود. هتلها باز بود مردم میتوانستند به هتل بروند و حتی میتوانستند به رستوران هتل بگویند که غذا را برایشان به اتاق هتل بیاورد اما بعد از ماه مبارک رمضان رستوران هتلها نیز فعال خواهد شد.
