پیش از این و از سال‌های دور مساله وقوع سرقت‌ها و پی‌گیری‌های پلیسی برای دستگیری مجرمان موضوعی بود که همیشه گوش به گوش بین مردم می‌چرخید و از زمانی که روزنامه‌ها باب شدند صفحاتی با عنوان حوادث ، اخبار این وقایع را به اطلاع مردم می‌رساند.

در زمان‌های دور راهزنانی که دست به سرقت می‌زدند سر و صورت خود را می‌پوشاندند و یا در تاریکی ، آرام و بی سر و صدا پیش می‌رفتند تا طعمه خود را در مکانی خلوت و دور از چشم دیگران، خفت کنند. پس از آن با گسترش زندگی شهر نشینی، سارقان شکل دیگری به خود گرفتند و چهره آن‌ها در کتاب‌ها و ذهن مردم، نمایی از فردی بود که در تاریکی شب، نقابی بر چهره داشت و فقط چشم‌هایش دیده می‌شد.

اما با ورود انسان‌ها به فضای مجازی شیوه‌های جدیدی از سرقت‌ها شکل گرفتند که به آن سرقت‌های اینترنتی و جرایم سایبری گفته می‌شود. در کنار این تغییر روش، سارقانی که در فضای مجازی نیز سرقت می‌کنند نیز ریسک‌پذیری‌شان بالا رفت و گاه می‌بینیم در برخی از اخبر، افرادی بی‌پروا و به خیالی خام، با طراحی یک نقشه زیرکانه، بدون آن که در تاریکی شب باشند یا چهره خود را بپوشانند مرتکب جرم می‌شوند. آن‌ها خود را خیلی زرنگ فرض می‌کنند. اما پلیس نیز هم همگام با این تغییرات پیشرفت‌های لازم را انجام داده و بروز شده‌است و شاید بهتر است بگوئیم تمام سارقان، دیر یا زود در چنگ قانون گرفتار می‌شوند. اگر چه شرایط و علل مختلفی باعث بروز ووقوع سرقت‌ها می‌شوند، اما صرف نظر از گزافه‌گویی و آنچه در نگاه اول ۲ روی سکه سرقت‌ها یعنی «ریسک پذیری و سهل انگاری» را مدنظر قرار می‌دهد چند پرونده را با هم مرور می‌کنیم و بدون آن که هشداری بدهیم می‌خواهیم مخاطبان و همراهان ما نقش سهل‌انگاری طعمه‌ها را خود به قضاوت بنشینند.

سارق در پوشش مالباخته

فرمانده انتظام شهرستان چناران گفت: فردی به کلانتری ۱۱ چناران مراجعه و اظهار داشت قصد خرید یک دستگاه گوشی تلفن همراه از فردی داشته که خودرو او و گوشی تلفن همراه به سرقت رفته است، سرهنگ “بهنام اویسی” در تشریح این خبر افزود: در تحقیقات صورت گرفته از شاکی و در مراحل تکمیل پرونده، با توجه به پراکنده گویی‌های این فرد در اعلام سرقت خودرو، مأموران انتظامی به او مظنون شدند. وی گفت: پلیس با بررسی سوابق شاکی دریافت که این فرد از سارقان سابقه‌دار بوده و احتمال هرگونه سوء‌نیت در اعلام این سرقت متصور است.

تحقیقات از شاکی در جایگاه متهم

سرهنگ اویسی گفت: با توجه به این که شاکی پرونده نتوانست به تناقض گویی‌های خود ادامه دهد پلیس او را در جایگاه متهم نشاند تا تحقیقات پرونده را ادامه دهد.وی خاطر نشان کرد: متهم که در برابر شواهد و ادله موجود راهی جز بیان حقیقت نمی‌دید با معرفی همدست خود اعتراف کرد این نقشه او ترفندی برای سرقت گوشی تلفن همراه فروشنده بوده است چرا که متهم، گوشی تلفن همراه را گرفته و داخل خودرو گذاشته و زمانی که برای تسویه حساب با فروشنده مشغول صحبت بوده و با صحنه‌سازی همدستش خودرو در گوشی تلفن همراه را به سرقت می‌برد. فرمانده انتظامی چناران گفت: تحقیقات از این متهمان حقه باز برای کشف دیگر اقدامات مجرمانه آنان ادامه دارد.

دعوای سارق و مالخر از ۶ فقره سرقت رمزگشایی کرد

جانشین فرماندهی انتظامی شهرستان تایباد گفت :با اعلام یک فقره سرقت احشام در روستای کرات این شهرستان عوامل گشت پاسگاه کرات به محل اعزام شد. سرهنگ “رمضان رجبی ” افزود: ماموران با حضور در محل و بررسی صحنه سرقت به یکی احدی از مالخران روستا که در امر خرید و فروش احشام فعالیت داشت مظنون شدند وی خاطر نشان کرد: با هماهنگی مقام قضایی متهم به مقر دلالت و با توجه به اشرافیت اطلاعاتی ماموران مبنی بر این که در موقع معامله کشمکشی بین سارق و مالخر وجود داشته موضوع در برگ بازجویی مطرح و که ناچارا مالخر به خرید ۱۳ راس دام از تعداد ۵ سارق روستا اعتراف کرد. ماموران در اقدامی عملیاتی و شبانه ۵ سارق و یک مالخر دستگیر و احشام سرقتی کشف شد.

اخاذی ۴۵۰ میلیونی از مرد خوش خیال

فرمانده انتظامی کاشمر گفت: در پی دریافت مرجوعه قضایی توسط مرد ۵۴ ساله‌ای به پلیس آگاهی کاشمر مبنی بر ص توسط سه نفر از وی، کارآگاهان دایره مبارزه با جعل و کلاهبرداری پلیس آگاهی وارد عمل شدند.. سرهنگ ” ابوالقاسم باقری” افزود: برابر اظهارات شاکی .فردی طبق نقشه قبلی با مراجعه به وی و درخواست مساعدت مالی او را برای مشاهده وضعیت زندگی‌اش به منزل خود برده و سپس با کمک دو نفر دیگر اقدام به صحنه سازی و تهدید وی کرده و با گرفتن کارت بانکی‌اش مبلغ ۴۵۰ میلیون ریال از حساب وی خارج و ضمن ضرب و شتم وی تهدید کرده‌اند در صورت مراجعه به پلیس آبرو و حیثیت وی را خواهند برد. این مقام انتظامی تصریح کرد: با توجه به اهمیت موضوع، ماموران پلیس آگاهی هیمن شناسایی متهمان با هماهنگی مقام قضایی طی یک عملیات ضربتی و غافلگیرانه ۳ متهم شامل یک زن و ۲ مرد را دستگیر و به مقر انتظامی انتقال دادند. سرهنگ باقری ادامه داد: متهمان که در ابتدا منکر بزه انتسابی بودند. پس از بازجوئی‌های فنی و علمی پلیس ناگزیر لب به اعتراف گشوده و به اخاذی مبلغ ۴۵۰ میلیون ریال از مالباخته برابر نقشه از قبل طراحی شده اعتراف کردند.

 سرقت تاکسی زرد قناری با تهدید چاقو

فرمانده انتظامی شهرستان فریمان گفت: در پی دریافت خبری به مرکز فوریت‌های پلیسی  ۱۱۰ مبنی  بر سرقت به عنف یک دستگاه تاکسی ۴۰۵ زرد رنگ و درگیری سارق با راننده خودرو در یکی از شهرهای مرکزی استان و احتمال متواری شدن سارقان به سمت شهرستان فریمان بلافاصله اجرای طرح مهار در دستور کار ماموران انتظامی این شهرستان قرار گرفت. وی افزود: با هوشیاری ماموران انتظامی پاسگاه قلندر آباد خودروی مسروقه را در مسیر فرعی یکی از چاه‌های کشاورزی شناسایی، که با تعقیب و گریز پلیسی متهم در کوتاه‌ترین زمان ممکن پس از ارتکاب جرم دستگیر و خودروی مسروقه از وی کشف شد . این مقام انتظامی تصریح کرد: در تحقیقات به عمل آمده مشخص شد که سارق مذکور با همدستی دوستش به عنوان مسافر خودروی تاکسی و دربست کرایه کرده و سپس طبق نقشه به بهانه این که پول همراه خود ندارند راننده تاکسی را وبه حاشیه شهر کشانده و با تهدید چاقو ، خودرو را به عنفه سرقت کرده‌اند. فرمانده انتظامی شهرستان فریمان با اشاره به تشکیل پرونده و اعزام به دادسرای سارق ۳۹ ساله که دارای سابقه کیفری نیز می‌باشد خاطر نشان کرد: تلاش برای دستگیری همدست وی کماکان ادامه داد.

در پی گزارش سرقت های سریالی گوشی تلفن همراه در خیابان های هسته مرکزی شهر مشهد دستورات لازم برای پیگیری سریع این موضوع صادر شد تیم های تجسس کلانتری “شهید آستانه پرست” وارد عمل شدند و تحقیقات خود را برای شناسایی و دستگیری عاملان سرقت آغاز کردند متهمان به قصد ربایش گوشی تلفن همراه افسر پلیس جلو آمدند ماموران دایره تجسس کلانتری “شهید آستانه پرست” پس از بررسی سرنخ های موجود و با چهره زنی عاملان سرقت برای دستگیری متهمان به شیوه ای متفاوت وارد عمل شدند.

یکی از افسران پلیس با لباس شخصی در حالی که گوشی تلفن همراه در دست داشت وارد خیابان “شارستان” شد و در این لحظه ۳ سارق موتور سوار که تصور می کردند او یک شهروند ساده لوح بوده که مثل دیگر طعمه های شان در حال صحبت با گوشی تلفن خود است به او نزدیک شدند تا نقشه خود را عملی سازند در این لحظه سارقان با اقدام ضربتی افسر پلیس و همکارانش که با لباس شخصی در محل بودند، غافلگیر شدند.. تیراندازی هوایی برای دستگیری متهمان ماموران انتظامی یکی از متهمان را دستگیر کردند اما ۲ همدست او در حالی که چاقو به دست داشتند در بین جمعیت پا به فرار گذاشتند و ماموران کلانتری “شهید آستانه پرست” با رعایت قانون به کارگیری سلاح و تیراندازی هوایی ۲ متهم را پس از طی مسافتی تعقیب و گریز دستگیر کردند. رمزگشایی از ۱۱۰ فقره سرقت متهمان که ۲ پسر جوان و اهل یکی از شهرهای استان خوزستان هستند در اعترافات خود بیان داشتند از چندی قبل به مشهد آمده و با طراحی سرقت های تیزدستانه خیابانی روزانه مرتکب ۴ فقره گوشی قاپی در محدوده خیابان ها می شده اند. : متهمان اعتراف کرده اند گوشی های سرقتی را به فردی تحویل می دادند تا به وسیله او به کشور عراق انتقال دهند. تاکنون ۸ مال باخنه شناسایی شده اند و پلیس بیش از ۱۱۰ فقره سرقت را در این پرونده رمزگشایی کرده و با دستورات تخصصی مقام قضائی تحقیقات ادامه دارد.
