قرار نیست بانوان طلا را بفروشند

اخباری به نقل از استاندار خراسان رضوی منتشر شده مبنی بر اینکه بانوان طلاهای‌شان را بفروشند و خرج کنند! در صورتی که اصل خبر این است که بانوان با طلاها و زیورآلات خود که به صورت راکد نزد آن‌ها مانده، بتوانند کارآفرینی کرده و برای خانواده اشتغال ایجاد کنند.

به گزارش صبح امروز، علیرضا رزم‌حسینی مطرح کرده که هم‌اکنون حدود 20 هزار میلیارد تومان ارزش زیورآلات بانوان خراسانی برآورد می‌شود و خانواده‌ها می‌توانند از این ظرفیت و دارایی راکد برای حل مشکلات خود در حوزه‌های مختلف اقتصادی و اجتماعی استفاده کنند. به این معنا که این طلاهای راکد، با انتقال به بانک‌ها به عنوان وثیقه و ضامن مطرح (بانک به ارزش ریالی طلا به خانواده وام بدهد) و وام‌های اشتغال به خانواده‌ها پرداخت شود؛ خانواده‌ها هم – در صورت علاقمندی – با این وام‌ها بتوانند مشاغل خرد خانگی ایجاد کنند. موضوع این است که اصل طلا برای خانواده باقی می‌ماند و فقط حکم وثیقه را دارد، هر زمانی هم که فرد بخواهد آن را از بانک طلب کند می‌تواند عین طلا را دریافت کند.

این طرح در حد یک ایده به بانک مرکزی هم اعلام شده است. بنابراین طرح «بانک طلا» خواهان ایجاد منابع مالی براساس سرمایه‌های راکد خانگی است. خانواده‌‌ها از این مسیر می‌توانند با وام‌های بانکی اشتغال‌های خانگی ایجاد کنند. بنابراین طلا بعد از ارائه به بانک، برای دریافت تسهیلات و وام می‌تواند به سرمایۀ اولیه برای تولید و اشتغالزایی تبدیل شود.

متاسفانه برخی رسانه‌ها با برداشت‌های نادرست این باور را انتقال دادند که استاندار خراسان رضوی خانواده‌ها را تشویق به فروش طلا برای گذراندن زندگی و امور جاری خانواده کرده است که این صحیح نیست.
