این مرد کیست که کانون توجه مردم است
رشته کشتی را در سال 1322 در باشگاه «آهن» زیر نظر مرحوم «حبیب ا… بلور» آغاز کرد که سرمربی بسیاری از نامداران کشتی ایران از جمله زنده یاد جهان پهلوان «غلامرضا تختی» بود. او در ابتدای دوران ورزشی خود مدتی در رشته پرورش اندام نیز فعالیت کرد و بعدها در رشته «وزنه برداری» استان و کشور در بیش از نیم قرن، منشا خدمات بسیاری بود. «قاسم خالدی» متولد 1308، در آستانه 90 سالگی کوهی از تجربیات ارزنده ورزشی است که به همین دلیل به سراغ این پیشکسوت سرشناس وزنه برداری استان رفتیم که این روزها به خاطر کهولت سن کمتر در مجامع ورزشی حضور پیدا میکند.
به توصیه مربی کشتیام، وزنه بردار شدم!
قاسم خالدی در ابتدای سخنانش نقبی به گذشته زد و گفت: 80- 70 سال پیش ورزش وزنه برداری و پرورش اندام که در قالب یک هیئت ورزشی واحد فعالیت میکرد، به این شکل وجود نداشت و ورزش زورخانهای و باستانی رونق داشت و همه ورزشکاران نیز در همین رشته به ورزش میپرداختند. اما بعد از مدتی یک فرد مشهدی به نام زنده یاد منوچهر مهران به همراه همسرش، باشگاه ورزشی مهران را در میدان بهارستان فعلی تهران افتتاح کرد که چون من در آن سالها در تهران سکونت داشتم، جزو اولین افرادی بودم که زیر نظر مربیانی چون زندهیادان: محمود نامجو، جعفر سلماسی، منوچهر مهران، منصور رئیسی و… ورزش میکردم. در سال 1324 به توصیه مرحوم «حبیب ا… بلور» پس از مدتی تمرین کشتی و به خاطر قدرت بدنی و جسمانی بالا به رشته وزنه برداری روی آوردم.
پیشرفت برق آسا در رشته ناشناخته!
این پیشکسوت ارزنده وزنه برداری ادامه داد: در آن زمان رشته وزنه برداری، رشته ورزشی شناخته شدهای نبود و حتی در ابتدای فعالیت، قواعد و قوانین خاصی هم نداشت. به یاد دارم اولین داورانی که کار قضاوت در مسابقات وزنه برداری را برعهده داشتند 2 نفر بودند که یک نفر، مجسمه ساز بود و دیگری نیز عکاس و نقاش و هیچ یک تخصص چندانی در این رشته نداشتند. البته فردی «روسی الاصل» هم بود که در باشگاه مهران فعالیت میکرد و وظیفه نظارت بر مسابقات وزنه برداری را برعهده داشت.
به گفته خالدی، وی از سال 1324 جزو مقامداران مسابقات قهرمانی وزنه برداری و پرورش اندام کشور بود و تا سال 1330 نیز همه ساله برسکوهای مختلف مسابقات کشوری و استانی میایستاد تا اینکه برای ادامه تحصیل تصمیم گرفت به کشور آلمان سفر کند. وی حین تحصیل نیز در ورزش قهرمانی تلاش کرد و در سال 1954 میلادی نیز در مسابقات دانشجویی در آلمان به مقام قهرمانی در رشته وزنهبرداری و پرورش اندام دست یافت و حتی از سوی روزنامهای به عنوان قویترین مرد این کشور در آن سال شناخته شد.
وی ادامه داد: در سال 1955 میلادی به دعوت آلمانیها به عضویت تیم ملی این کشور در آمدم (در آن زمان محدودیتهای سخت کنونی وجود نداشت و ورزشکاران غیر بومی نیز میتوانستند به عضویت افتخاری تیمهای ملی کشورهای دیگر درآیند) و با تیم این کشور برای مسابقات بین المللی به کشورهای مختلف دنیا از جمله ایتالیا، اتریش، فرانسه، یوگسلاوی و … مسافرت و در بیش از 200 مسابقه شرکت کردم.
قهرمان اسبق جهان با اشاره به اینکه در آلمان هنوز به عنوان یک قهرمان شناخته شده است، گفت: به عنوان مسنترین وزنه بردار جهان مکاتبهای با کشور آلمان داشتهایم تا آنان اگر قهرمانانی با این سن دارند معرفی کنند که هنوز پاسخ مکاتبه را ندادهاند.
وی درباره توجه و اهمیت به جوانان ورزشکار نیز گفت: «جوانان استان، سرمایه اصلی وزنه برداری هستند و باید قدر آنان را دانست و برای بالندگی آنان برنامه داشت».
گنجینه افتخار
خالدی که مجموعهای از جامها و مدالهای چندین ساله خود را در منزل شخصیاش نگهداری میکند، در ادامه خاطر نشان کرد: بعد از پایان تحصیل در آلمان به ایران بازگشتم و به عنوان رئیس اداره آب خراسان منصوب شدم و در کنار شغل غیر ورزشیام، تجربیات و دانش خود را در اختیار جوانان علاقهمند به رشته وزنهبرداری در استان قرار میدادم.
وی افزود: 18 سال نیز ریاست و فعالیت در هیئتهای مختلف وزنه برداری استان را درکارنامه فعالیتهای خود دارم که در طول این مدت همچنین به مدت 5 سال رئیس انجمن وزنه برداری شرق کشور بودم.
استعدادیابی، راه رونق وزنه برداری استان
قهرمان اسبق و پیشکسوت وزنهبرداری استان درباره وضعیت کنونی وزنهبرداری استان نیز گفت: خوشبختانه طی چند سال اخیر با فعالیت مسئولان، هیئت وزنهبرداری استان تکانی خورده و فعالیتهایی انجام شده است که البته باید با قدرت و توان بیشتر ادامه پیدا کند.
خالدی تصریح کرد: باید برای رونق وزنه برداری در استان روی سنین پایه کار و به آن توجه دو چندان کرد و از ابتدا جوانان مشتاق به این رشته را شناسایی کرد.
وی خاطر نشان کرد: اکنون در وزنه برداری استان به مربیانی نیاز داریم که استعدادهای ورزشی علاقهمندان را کشف کنند و افراد مشتاق را در رشتههای ورزشی خاص به کار بگیرند.
این قهرمان اسبق وزنه برداری کشور ادامه داد: هم اکنون رشته وزنهبرداری یکی از رشتههای مدال آور در سطح جهان است. پس بهتر است با ورود سرمایه گذاران خصوصی به این رشته، چهره وزنه برداری را تغییر دهیم و لباس نویی بر تن رشته وزنه برداری استان کنیم و چهرههای جوان این رشته را زیر پر و بال حمایت خود قرار دهیم.
وی تصریح کرد: امروز وزنه برداری ایران در جهان و دنیا شناخته شده است و همه ایران را در وزنه برداری قدرت اول میدانند، بنابراین باید چهره قهرمانی خود را در جهان حفظ کنیم.
روحیه شاداب در مرز 90 سالگی
خالدی که درصدد است با عبور از مرز 90 سالگی رکوردی دیگر را در زندگی خود به ثبت برساند نیز درباره این که در حال حاضر به چه کاری مشغول است ادامه داد: اکنون بیشتر وقت خود را در اماکن مذهبی، مساجد و برنامههای مذهبی سپری میکنم.
وی با وجود کسالتی که داشت در ادامه گفتوگو با ما همچنان خوشرو، سرزنده و علاقهمند و دوستدار پیشرفت ورزش استان است و دانستههای خود را خالصانه در اختیار دوستداران و علاقهمندان میگذارد.
وی گفت: من در زندگی آنچه از خداوند خواستم به دست آوردهام، بنابراین شاکرم و خدای خود را سپاس میگویم و امیدوارم توانسته باشم خادمی برای ورزش استان و کشورم باشم.
وی ادامه داد: چشم انتظار مسئولان، دوستان و همکاران خود هستم، اما انتظاری ندارم چرا که واقف هستم مشکلات کاری و زندگی اینقدر زیاد شده است که صله رحم گم شده است.
به مناسبت 17دی ماه سالروز درگذشت جهان پهلوان تختی که یکی از دوستان و همسایگان خالدی در خانیآباد بود به واگویی این خاطرات پرداختیم.
خاطرات «خالدی» از جهان پهلوان تختی
«خالدی» درباره محبوبیت مرحوم تختی در میان مردم گفت: زمانی در تهران، من و زنده یاد تختی در محله «خانیآباد» همسایه بودیم. تختی، ورزش کشتی را از 15 سالگی در باشگاه آهن آغاز کرد و اگر اغراق نباشد باید گفت که تختی در واقع پوریای ولی دوران خود بود. به یاد دارم مراسمی برای تجلیل از پهلوانان و کشتی گیران در سالن ورزشی برگزار شد که یکی از مهمانان، غلامرضا پهلوی (برادر شاه مخلوع) بود که به محض ورود به سالن مورد تشویق عده خاصی قرار گرفت. دقایقی از ورود وی نگذشته بود که جهان پهلوان تختی وارد سالن شد و پس از آن بود که صدای دست، سوت و فریاد فضای سالن را به تسخیر در آورد و مردم این قدر مرحوم تختی را تشویق کردند که بعدها شنیدم یکی از مسئولان سوال کرده بود: این مرد کیست که کانون توجه مردم است و اعتبار و محبوبیتش از درباریان هم در میان مردم بیشتر است؟ البته بعد از همین ماجرا نیز برادر شاه دستور داد تا محدودیتهایی برای این قهرمان محبوب ایجاد شود.
وی یاد آور شد: سادگی، جوانمردی، غیرت و رشادت از مهمترین ویژگیهای مرحوم تختی بود.
وی ادامه داد: وقتی مسئول آب منطقه خراسان بودم و با خبر شدم مرحوم تختی قصد عزیمت به مشهد را دارد به مسئول آبیاری محدوده خیابان امام رضا(ع) دستور دادم جلوی خیابان و محدوده اقامت تختی را آبیاری و شستوشو دهند تا مرحوم تختی با خاطرات خوشی از مشهد بدرقه شود. به خاطر دوستی دیرینه با جهان پهلوان تختی به محل اقامت وی رفتم و از نزدیک شاهد بودم که جمعیت مشتاق خارج از هتل و کنار پنجره اتاقش تجمع کرده بودند. مرحوم تختی وقتی شور و اشتیاق مردم را دید به کنار پنجره آمد و از جمعیت مشتاق حاضر تشکر و قدردانی کرد و از من نیز به خاطر زحماتی که برای تمیزی و نظافت محل اقامت وی کشیده بودم با مناعت طبع ویژهای که داشت، تشکر کرد. به یاد دارم اصلا خودش را به خاطر پهلوان بودن یا مدالهای پرشمارش، فاخر و بلند آوازه نشان نمیداد و همیشه متواضع و فروتن بود و به خصوص، به شکسته دلان و فقرا توجه ویژهای داشت.
حرف آخر
این پیشکسوت در انتها گفت: اگر قرار باشد رشته ورزشی وزنه برداری در خراسان رضوی به شکوفایی برسد، باید برای ارتقای آن هزینه شود. امروز اگر قرار باشد یک قهرمان خراسانی در کشور، جهان و آسیا مطرح شود، باید هزینههای زیادی برای این روند پرداخت شود. به نظر من باید امکانات لازم و کافی و آسان در دسترس جوانان ورزش دوست قرار گیرد و جوانان باید بدانند پشتوانه دارند.
