کار کودک یا کودک آزاری
معاون دادستان عمومی و انقلاب خراسان رضوی گفت: کار کودکان از مصادیق بارز کودک آزاری است و با عاملان و مجرمان در این زمینه طبق قانون برخورد می شود.
نیره عابدین زاده روز شنبه 31شهریور در مراسم آغاز اجرای ‘طرح مهرانه' به عنوان برنامه حمایت تحصیلی از کودکان کار، در جمع شماری از خانواده های کودکان کار ساماندهی شده در مشهد افزود: کار کودکان در حقیقت از مصادیق کودک آزاری است زیرا حقوق اولیه و اصلی کودک در جریان فعالیت و کار در خیابان خدشه وارد می شود.
وی تصریح کرد: کودکی مهمترین دوران زندگی و زمینه ساز رشد، توسعه و تعالی فرد و آشنایی با قانونمداری و اخلاق مداری است. به وضوح می‌بینیم برخی از خانواده‌های کودکان کار، نسبت به قوانین اصلی کشور ناآگاه هستند و فکر می‌کنند کار کودکان امری قانونی است و منعی ندارد.
معاون دادستان عمومی و انقلاب خراسان رضوی خانواده را محور اصلی و بنادین در تربیت و تعالی کودک توصیف و بیان کرد: در کنار دادگستری، بهزیستی و سازمانهای مردم نهاد پیگیر مسائل و حقوق کودکان هستند اما اساس اولیه تربیت و موفقیت آتی کودک در دوران خردسالی و درون خانواده شکل می گیرد.
وی گفت: با اجرای ‘طرح مهرانه' به عنوان برنامه حمایت تحصیلی از کودکان کار، ساماندهی این قشر در قالب جدید و با تمرکز بر ریشه یابی و حل مسئله از سه ماه پیش در مشهد آغاز شده و در این چارچوب از زمان شناسایی کودک، انتقال، مراجعه به خانواده و بازگردادن به کانون خانواده همه و همه تحت کنترل و کار کارشناسی دقیق است.
عابدین زاده افزود: در این مسیر تلاش می شود علت حضور کودک به عنوان کودک کار در خیابان ریشه یابی شود تا به این ترتیب از بازگشت مجدد وی به خیابان جلوگیری گردد که خوشبختانه در این مهم موفقیتهای مطلوبی در مدت کوتاه کسب شده است.
وی ادامه داد: در طول سه ماه اخیر تعداد 100 کودک از سطح خیابانها در مشهد به عنوان کودک کار شناسایی و جمع آوری شدند و با برقراری ارتباط موثر با خانواده هایشان بازگشت این شمار به خیابان به شکلی چشمگیری کاهش یافته و آثار مثبت اجرای طرح موجب تداوم آن شده است.
معاون دادستان عمومی و انقلاب خراسان رضوی گفت: همچنان کار فرهنگی و آموزشی برای خانواده های این کودکان برقرار بوده و تداوم دارد. در این میان از هرگونه سوءاستفاده از کار کودکان و نیاز اقتصادی خانواده های این کودکان نیز جلوگیری می شود.
وی افزود: کودکان باید زیر چتر خانواده و در سایه قانون بهترین دوره زندگی و شکل گیری شخصیتی خود را سپری کنند لذا تک تک افراد زیر 18 سال مورد حمایت خاص قانون قرار دارند. کودکان سرمایه های قطعی زندگی والدین هستند و هرگونه هزینه در مسیر تربیت و آموزش آنان به یقین سرمایه گذاری برای آینده خانواده و کشور محسوب می شود.
عابدین زاده ادامه داد: در مدرسه به آموزش کودک بطور کامل و خوب پرداخته می شود. پرورش کودک به عنوان مهمترین عنصر شکل گیری شخصیت و تامین آینده روشن در خانواده و در جمع والدین شکل می گیرد و شهروندان قانونمدار و اخلاق مدار آینده کودکانی هستند که امروز دوران کودکی روشنی را سپری کرده اند.
معاون امور اجتماعی اداره کل بهزیستی خراسان رضوی نیز در این مراسم گفت: دوران کودکی به دلیل اثرگذاری فراوانی که در آینده فرد دارد از نظر تربیتی، ذهنی و پرورشی بسیار مهم و مورد توجه است.
غلامحسین حقدادی افزود: هرچه کودک در فضای زیستی سالم و توام با آرامش و اخلاق بیشتری تربیت و پرورش یابد به مراتب می تواند آینده درخشانتری را تجربه کند و در این مسیر تحصیل و حضور در مدرسه اهمیت فراوانی در خلق آینده ای روشن برای کودک دارد.
در این مراسم 100 نفر از کودکان کار ساماندهی شده در مشهد با خانواده های خود حضور داشتند که علاوه بر نمایش یک فیلم سینمایی با هدف فراهم شدن فضای تفریحی برای آنها، به هر کودک بن خرید پوشاک و نوشت افزار به ارزش سه میلیون ریال اعطا شد.
