نیازمند مشارکت زنان در عرصه مدیریتی هستیم
معاون سیاسی، اجتماعی و امنیتی استانداری خراسان رضوی گفت: امروز بیش از هر زمانی نیازمند مشارکت و حضور زنان در عرصههای مختلف مدیریتی هستیم، در حوزه بانوان انتظار بیشتر از این قشر فرهیخته داریم و نقشآفرینی بیشتری باید در سطح جامعه داشته باشند.
محمد رحیم نوروزیان در نخستین مجمع مشورتی بانوان استان خراسان رضوی که با هدف استفاده از نظرات زنان نخبه و تحصیل کرده در حوزه های مختلف با تشکیل شش کمسیون تخصصی در حوزههای حقوقی ،پزشکی ،آموزشی ،پژوهشی ،آسیبهای اجتماعی و فرهنگی برگزار شد، گفت: در کشور ما کار بهصورت گروهی، همکاری و تعامل مشکل دارد و بخشی از این نزاعهای سیاسی بهخاطر نداشتن صبر و بردباری در حل مسائل و مشکلات است. البته این اختلافات در همه جوامع وجود دارد و باید آنرا به رسمیت شناخت. ما نمیتوانیم همه مردم ایران را در زیر یک چتر سیاسی جمع نمائیم و بهطور حتم اختلافاتی وجود دارد. متاسفانه این اختلافات در حوزه بانوان بیشتر دیده میشود.
نوروزیان با یادآوی این مورد که بعضی از زنان از پذیرش مسئولیتهای مدیریتی خودداری میکنند، متذکر شد: در این میان میتوان به استعفای جناب دکتر سیدجواد حسینی اشاره کرد که همزمان با رفتن ایشان سید کمال حسینی مدیرکل دفتر امور اجتماعی و فرهنگی استانداری از سمت خود کنار کشیدند، نگاه بنده از همان روز اول جایگزینی یک خانم در این منصب بود و چندین ماه صبر کردیم، متاسفانه کسی از بانوان این مسئولیت را قبول نکرد و ناچار این مسئولیت را به آقایان واگذار کردیم. در حوزه بانوان انتظار بیشتر از این قشر فرهیخته داریم و نقشآفرینی بیشتری باید در سطح جامعه داشته باشند.
وی ضمن تعریف پارلمان و حوزه کاری آن گفت: پارلمان سطحی بالاتر دارد و در آنجا هر تصمیصی بگیرند باید اجرا بشود ولی در مجمع مسئولیت اجرائی ندارد و امیدوارم روزی برسد که مجمع مشورتی این زمینه لازم را فراهم سازد تا تبدیل به پارلمان گردد. در مجمع مشورتی روش کار مشخص است و در شهرستانها مجمع مشورتی بهصورت مستقل فعالیت دارد.
وی تصریح کرد: ادامه، استمرار مجمع و کار در آن بستگی به همفکری در مجمع است، اگر مجمع کار و تلاش بکند و طرحهای خوبی را داشته باشد بهطور قطع جایگاه خوبی را خواهد داشت. البته نباید در این راه مایوس شویم و باید صبر و بردباری انجام داد. در همین دولت دوازدهم از روز اول که رای آورد دائما از طرف نهادهای رسمی کشورکارشکنی شد. در این دولت به تعبیر آقای بهزاد نبوی هروز با بحران مواجه هستیم.
نوروزیان در پایان با انتقاد به جمعیت حاضر در سالن بیان کرد: متاسفانه این جمعیت حاضر خیلی کمتر از تعداد حاضرین در مجمع است که این موارد باید آسیبشناسی گردد و در جلسات باید این ابهامات برطرف شود و این نهال جدید بهثمر بنشیند و درخت پرباری شود و منشاء خیر و برکت بشود. حداقل نتیجهای که این مجمع خواهد داشت حضور بانوان را در عرصههای مختلف را فراهم خواهد ساخت.
