معاون سیاسی، امنیتی و اجتماعی استانداری خراسان رضوی گفت: بعضی از افرادی که به نمایندگان پیامک‌ها را ارسال کردند، اصلا نمی‌دانند FATF چه هست.

به گزارش ایسنا، محمدرحیم نوروزیان در خصوص منبع پیامک‌های ارسالی FATF به نمایندگان مجلس اظهار کرد: متولی اصلی پیامک‌های ارسالی به نمایندگان شناسایی نمی‌خواهد و خود افراد دخیل در این امر اعلام کرده اند که ارسال این پیامک ها کار چه کسی است.

وی ادامه داد: البته پیامک‌های ارسالی تهدیدآمیز نبوده و در واقع یکسری پیامک‌ها ارسال شده و منشا آن هم مشخص است که از کجا بوده است.

معاون سیاسی، امنیتی و اجتماعی استانداری خراسان رضوی افزود: این فرد تاکنون دستگیر نشده و از سوی یک حسینیه است که آشکارا اعلام کردند که کار آن‌ها بوده و مساله پنهانی نبوده است.

نوروزیان بیان کرد: این فرد آقای خلیل موحد(عضو سابق شورای شهر مشهد) بوده که در حسینیه ای در خیابان چمران مشهد مشغول فعالیت است. پیامک‌های ارسالی تهدیدآمیز نبوده و آن ها اعلام می کنند که این پیامک ها بیشتر حاوی هشدار و اطلاع رسانی است.

وی تصریح کرد: در عین حال این کار مناسبی نیست و اگر کسی در خصوص طرح های مجلس اظهار نظری دارد، می‌تواند انتقاد و نقد کند و اشکالات آن را بیان کند. یکی از نمایندگان اعلام کرد که مخالفان این جریان حتی یک خط دلیل برای ما ارائه نکردند که دلیل مخالفتشان با این طرح چیست. این که قسم بدهیم و تشویق و تهدید کنیم، کار درستی نیست.

نوروزیان گفت:  بعضی از افرادی که این پیامک‌ها را ارسال کردند، اصلا نمی‌دانند FATF چه هست؛ این نوع حرکت‌ها مطرود است و ما باید برای رای مردم و نظر آن ‍‌ها احترام قائل شویم.

وی بیان کرد: همچینن رهبری که در راس کشور قرار دارد نیز اعلام کردند که مجلس خودش در این باره تصمیم‌گیری می‌کند. این نوع حرکت‌ها محکوم بوده و ارسال پیامک به نمایندگان راهش نیست  و می‌توانند از طریق نمایندگان و رسانه‌ها مطالب خود را مطرح کنند.
