به عنوان یک پزشک به حجامت اعتقادی ندارم
رئیس دانشگاه علوم پزشکی در رابطه با انجام حجامت گفت: من به عنوان پزشک به حجامت اعقادی ندارم اما اگر به روش علمی و بهداشتی انجامشود، خطری برای بیمار ندارد.
رییس دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد روز گذشته در نشست خبری به مناسبت روز داروساز در برج سپید دانشگاه علوم پزشکی برگزار شد، افزود: با توجه به شرایط اقتصادی کشور و مشکلات عدیدهای که در خصوص بیمه سلامت با آن دست و پنجه نرم میکنیم نمیتوانیم بیمار را نپذیریم و با توجه به پذیرش بیمار از ۱۳ شهرستان و ۳۰ بیمارستان که تحت نظر دانشگاه علوم پزشکی هستند ،تنها باید میزان ماندگاری بیماران بستری در بیمارستان و مصرف دارویی را به حداقل رسانده و آنچه که نیاز است را برای بیماران تجویز کنیم.
محمد رضا دارابی با اشاره به شرایط ویژه برخی بیماران در شهرهای اطراف و انتقال آنان به بیمارستانهای مشهد، بیان کرد: درهمین راستا بیماران پرهزینه و یا با مدت بالای بستری را به مشهد منتقل میکنند.
وی تصریح کرد: در حوزه آموزش نیز امسال با افزایش سهمیه قطعا افزایش دانشجو را داریم این درصورتی است که اعتبارات ما تغییری نکرده و ما باید با همان سقف اعتبارات نیازها را تامین کنیم و فراخوان ۴۰ نفری به اساتید بارنشسته درخواست کمک و همکاری کردیم.
نمیتوانیم نسبت به بیماران بیتفاوت باشیم
دارابی ادامه داد: ما نمیتوانیم در مقابل بیماران بیتفاوت باشیم و در بحث فضای فیزیکی نیز ما آنچه که بیش از ۷۰ درصد فضای فیزیکی داریم که به پیشرفت رسیدهاند را علیرغم همه مشکلات با دریافت مبلغی که ریاست جمهوری به بخش سلامت اختصاص داده ادامه میدهیم.
وی اظهار داشت: فضاهایی موجود است که بیش از ۷۰ درصد رشد داشته و نزدیک به بهرهبرداری است و در تلاشیم تا علیرغم تمام کمبودها این فضاهای فیزیکی بالای ۷۰ درصد را تکمیل بهرهبرداری در اختیار مردم قرار دهیم.
دارابی افزود: برنامه دانشگاه علوم پزشکی در راستای طرح سلامت است و تکمیل فضاهای بالای ۷۰ درصد و پوشش دانشجویی و اعضای علمی در مسائل آموزشی و پژوهشی و در حوزه بهداشتی نیز پوشش بهداشتی شهرستانها و تقویت پزشکی خانواده ودپو کردن دارو برای حداقل ۶ ماه تا بتوانیم حداقل ملزومات پزشکی را در اختیار قرار بگیرد و اقدامات دیگر درمانی جذب پزشک و کادر درمانی برای زیرمجموعههای دانشگاه است.
تعطیلی اتاق عمل بیمارستان دکتر شیخ
رییس دانشکده داروسازی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی در ادامه این نشست با اشاره به اتاق عمل بیمارستان شیخ و انتقال آن به بیمارستان اکبر گفت: بر اساس برنامه نظام سلامت کشور حرکت میکنیم و در این برنامه برنامهای نخواهد بود که به طور طولانی مدت بیمارستانی اتاق عملش کامل تعطیل شود و اتاق عمل اورژانس بیمارستان شیخ در حال حاضر به ارائه خدمات میپردازد.
علی بدیعی افزود: با توجه به برنامههای نظام سلامت برای بهبود عملکرد و کیفیت بینارستانها و نیز کمبود نیروی انسانی تصمیم بر این شد ضمن فعالیت اتاق عمل اورژانس شیخ خدمات در بیمارستان اکبر متمرکز شود تا از کیفیت خدمات کاسته نشود و فعالسازی اتاق عمل دیگری تا پایان سال در بیمارستان شیخ در راستای اهداف ما است. همچنین جذب نیرو از سمت وزارتخانه صورت میگیرد و تلاش بسیاری برای گرفتن مجوز انجام دادیم که با توجه به سیاستهای انقباظی حدود۲۰۰ نیرو در دو فاز به این مجموعه اضافه میشود.
توقف کار موتورهای آمبولانس بخاطر سرقت
بدیعی در پاسخ به سوال مبنی بر موتورهای امبولانس که دزدیده شده و فعالیت باقی موتوراورژانسها متوقف شده توضیح داد: موتور آمبولانسهای بسیار فرسوده داشتیم و چون از کیفیت کاری پایینی برخودار بودند تصمیم بر آن شد تاباتوجه به حقوقات و سلامت بیمار فعلا این موتورها استفاده نشود.
خبری در راه است
بدیعی اظهار داشت: یک خبر خوبی که امروز میتوانیم به ان اشاره کنیم این است که با تلاشها و پیگیریهای دکتر دارابی و بحرینی در شش ماهه دوم موتور امبولانسهای تله کاردیوژی پس از شهر تهران در مشهد شروع به فعالیت میکنند.
وی افزود: دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد بعد از تهران برای اولین بار از این نوع امبولانسها استقبال کرده و مورد استفاده قرار میدهد و نحوه کار این آمبولانسها بدین صورت است که بیماران مشکوک به سکته قلبی از داخل امبولانس به پزشک ارسال میشود و اگر نیاز بود بدون اتلاف وقت و رفتن به بخش آورژانس به بخش باز کردن رگ قلب میرویم که کاهش عوارض بیماران قلبی مصرف دارویی را در پی دارد.
بدیعی با اشاره به بیمارستان امداد جنوب گفت: یکی از پروژههای مقام رهبری است که با کمک اقای بحرینی به زودی فاز اول ان رقم خورده و فعال میشود و چهار بیمارستان هاشمینژاد و امدادی و طالقانی و بیمارستان جنوب به عنوان تروما قرار میگیرند.
بسته شدن اتاق همراهی در بیمارستان امام رضا(ع)
بدیعی به سوال خبرنگار مبنی بر بسته شدن همراهسراهای بیمارستان امام رضا(ع) و افتتاح اورژانس دندانپزشکی اینگونه پاسخ داد: ما از ابتدا گفتیم اگر این فضا برای درمان استفاده نمیشود به عنوان همراهسرا مورد استفاده قرار بگیرد ولی سیاست دانشگاه این است که اولویت استفاده از این فضا برای بیمارستان باشد و فضایی نیز برای همراهان در نظر گرفته شده است.
مهندس رحیمی افزود: سیاست دانشگاه اتمام پروژههای ناتمام است و طی جلسات مختلف دنبال تخصیص به پروژه ای اولویت دار بودیم و سعی میکنیم طرحهای مناسب را به بهره برداری برسانیم.
اما پروژه های مسکوت مانده به دلیل پیشرفت زیر۱۵ درصد با پیگیریهای دکتر بحرینی و با توجه به شرایط اقتصادی فعلا شرایط مهیا نشده ک از کمکها استفاده کنیم اما با برنامهریزی مکانی برای امداد ونجات مشهد انتخاب شده و نامهای برای تخصیص اعتبار اعلام شده و به محض ورود اولیه اعتبار استارت کار زده میشود.
وجود خیرین موثرترین اتفاق در بیمارستانها
معاون اجتماعی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد در ادامه این نشست با بیان رفع نیازهای مالی درمانی بیماران تصریح کرد: از دوسال قبل در تمام بیمارستانهای دولتی و موسسات خیریه حمایت از بیماران که از طریق مددکاری اجتماعی به یکی از موسسات خیریه بیمارستان و یا موسسه آسیبپذیران خورشید و طوس و بیمارستان سرطان مشهد مراجعه میکنند.
غلامحسین خدایی افزود: میتوانیم با افتخار اعلام کنیم۹۰ درصد مراجعین به علت وجود خیری و بیمهها و مددکاری دغدغه مالی ندارند.
دانشگاه علوم پزشکی فعال در عرصه داروسازی
دارابی افزود:دانشکده پزشکی در خصوص تولید داروخیلی فعال است و تا کنون چندین دارو را تحت نظارت سازمان دارو و غذا تولید و روانه بازار کرده است.
وی اظهار داشت: در خصوص طب سنتی ما نیز پذیرش دانشجو برای طب ایرانی داریم اما چیزی که الان مطرح است طب اسلامی و ائمه است که توسط مداخله گران حوزه سلامت اداره میشود و نتیجهای جز آسیب رساندن به سلامت مردم ندارد و از نظر ما قابل قبول نیست زیرا نه صلاحیت علنی و نه تجربی و نه عملی دارند که در این حوزه دخالت کنند.
دارابی ضمن تاکید به رسانهها در رابطه با مقولههایی که مستقیما با سلامت مردم ارتباط دارد، خاطرنشان کرد: افشاگری کنید که مردم به دنبال این افراد نروند و این افراد جدید مساجد نردم را دور خود جمع میکنند و تحت عنوان طب اسلامی سلامت ملت را هدف قرار داده و آسیب میرسانند وما چیزی به نام طب اسلامی نداریم طب سنتی داریم که صورت اکادمیک از دانشگاه علوم پزشکی و دیگر دانشگاهها مدرک دریافت کرده که فعالیت این افراد قابل قبول است.
وی در خصوص حجامت گفت: من به حجامت اعقادی ندارم اما اگر به روش علمی و بهداشتی انجامشود خطری برای بیمار ندارد.
