سرنوشت تاریک ببرها در مشهد
پیدا شدن 7 تخته پوست و 4 جمجمه در مشهد خبر شوکه کننده ای بود که باردیگر باغ وحش این شهر را به سرخط خبرها آورد.
ماجرا از جایی شروع شد که معاون دادستان مشهد این کشف را خبری کرد.
محمد بخشی محبی در این خصوص گفت: مسئولان سازمان حفاظت محیط زیست استان منکر پیداشدن این موارد شدند، اما طی بازرسی که به دستور دادستانی انجام شد، این موارد تایید شدند.
وی بیان کرد: براساس اطلاعات تنها در زمستان سال گذشته هفت قلاده ببر تلف شده‌اند که این به تنهایی آمار نگران‌کننده ای‌ست و برخلاف نظر مسئولان باغ وحش که ببرها بر اثر کهولت سن تلف شده‌اند نظر کارشناس دادستانی جمجمه‌های پیداشده جوان بوده‌اند. انتقاد دیگری که به مسئولان سازمان حفاظت محیط زیست و مدیران باغ وحش وجود داشت، این بود که اعلام شد یک ببر در خردادماه بر اثر عفونت دام تلف شده است که جای تعجب دارد با این همه امکانات و متخصص آیا امکان جلوگیری از تلف‌شدن این حیوانات وجود داشته یا خیر.
بخشی محبی افزود: دستور داده شد سازمان حفاظت محیط زیست استان به عنوان سازمان مسئول پیگیر تلف‌شدن ببرها باشد.
وی از پیگیری این ماجرا از تهران خبر داد و اضافه کرد: این باغ وحش متعلق به همه مردم مشهد و حتی کشور است و به همین دلیل برای دادستانی دارای اهمیت است؛ فعلا با توجه به اینکه قصور متوجه سازمان حفاظت محیط زیست استان نیست، ما نظر کارشناسی آن را می‌پذیریم اما این منافاتی با پیگیری دادستانی ندارد.
معاون دادستان مشهد اظهارکرد: متاسفانه باوجود این اتفاق اقدام درخور توجهی از سوی سازمان حفاظت محیط زیست انجام نشده است. از دیروز اعلام شده است که این موارد به سازمان حفاظت محیط زیست منتقل شوند که تا امروز این اتفاق نیفتاده و اگر تا روز شنبه از بین بروند سازمان حفاظت محیط زیست هم باید برای قصور پاسخگو باشند.
پوستهای ببر بانظارت اداره محیط زیست در باغ وحش مشهد نگهداری می شد
مدیر کل حفاظت محیط زیست استان خراسان رضوی گفت: هشت تخته پوست و چهار جمجمه ببر کشف شده توسط کارشناسان دادستانی با اطلاع و نظارت این اداره کل در باغ وحش مشهد نگهداری می شده است.
تورج همتی افزود: این پوست ها متعلق به ببرهایی است که هفت قلاده آن سال های گذشته و یک قلاده نیز فروردین ماه امسال تلف شده اند.
وی با بیان اینکه شرایط نگهداری گونه های مختلف در این باغ وحش به دلیل قدیمی بودن مکان آن مورد تائید کامل نیست و با نواقصی همراه می باشد، اظهار داشت: تلف شدن ببرهای مزبور در این باغ وحش بنا به دلایلی از جمله کهولت سن، درگیری های درون قفس و عفونت زخم ناشی از درگیری و مرگ در سن کمتر از یک ماهگی رخ داده است که این موارد به اطلاع اداره محیط زیست و تائید دامپزشک باغ وحش رسیده است.
وی گفت: 22 تیر ماه امسال نیز طی نامه ای از مدیریت باغ وحش خواسته شد که با رعایت ضوابط آئین نامه و دستور العمل ها نسبت به کاهش شمار گونه ها به منظور فضاسازی مناسب برای نکهداری آنها اقدام شود.
همتی افزود: حیات گونه های مختلف در باغ وحش مشهد تحت نظارت و کنترل دقیق این اداره کل قرار دارد.
دلایل مرگ ببرها را از نماینده دامپزشکی بپرسید
معاون نظارت و پایش اداره کل حفاظت از محیط زیست خراسان رضوی پیرامون این موضوع واکنش نشان داد.
عرفانی در این خصوص گفت: تکذیب های انجام شده، به ادعای کشتار ببرهای باغ وحش وکیل آباد بوده و این هفت تخته پوست چیزی خارج از اطلاع سازمان حفاظت از محیط زیست نبوده است. تخته پوستهای پیدا شده چیز گمشده‌ای نبوده است. اجزاء تلف شده و موجودات زنده در باغ وحش اگر تلف شود، پوست آن دباغی و تاکسیدرمی شده و برای موارد آموزشی آینده استفاده می‌شود. ببر هم به عنوان یکی از موجودات شامل همین موضوع است.
وی افزود: ما گفتیم در سال 97 یک تلفات ببر به دلیل عفونت زخمی وجود داشته اما با تلفات در بازه زمانی سال 96 به هشت قلاده می‌رسد. دلیل تلفات هم بحث بیماری، کهولت و توله‌های زیر یک ماه بوده که دوام نیاورده‌اند.
عرفانی ادامه داد: در حال حاضر 15 قلاده ببر بالغ در باغ وحش وکیل آباد وجود دارد. ما دقیقا روی بحث مرگ و میر ببرها گفت‌وگو می‌کنیم و نه کشتار ببر. خیر تناقضی وجود ندارد. ما از این پوست‌ها مطلع بودیم.
وی اضافه کرد: ما براساس مستندات خودمان صحبت می‌کنیم و کاری به آمارهای غیررسمی نداریم.طبق آمار ما تعداد 8 قلاده ببر از آبان 96 تا امروز به دلایل مختلف مانند کهولت یا بیماری تلف شده‌اند.
عرفانی در خصوص این مرگ و میرها بیان کرد: نماینده سازمان نظام دامپزشکی در باغ وحش مستقر بوده و ایشان به عنوان مرجع رسمی پس از مرگ ببرها؛ دلیل مرگ را کهولت سن عنوان کرده اند. پیرامون این موضوع باید از ایشان بپرسید. شرایط نگهداری در باغ وحش‌ها به دلیل تهدیدهای بیشتر مانند تغذیه و… متوسط عمر ببر را ممکن است کاهش دهد و آمار همیشه مطابق بر آنچه در واقعیت اتفاق می‌افتد نیست.
معاون نظارت و پایش اداره کل حفاظت از محیط زیست خراسان رضوی خاطرنشان کرد: باغ وحش مشهد در خاطرات مردم مشهد عجین شده است. این باغ وحش سابقه‌ای 40 ساله دارد و 30 سال قبل در وکیل آباد مستقر شده است. استانداردها روز به روز سخت‌تر شده و با استانداردهای امروز فضای 3.5 هکتاری باغ وحش مطابقت ندارد. طبق وظیفه از مسئولان باغ وحش درخواست کرده‌ایم فضاها را گسترش دهند. در این مدت هزار متر مربع افزایش فضا داده‌اند و تغییرات ادامه دارد.
