معاون سیاسی، امنیتی و اجتماعی استانداری خراسان رضوی گفت: معدود مدیرانی که مفاسد و مسائل اقتصادی دارند و در این شرائط اقتصادی موجب نارضایی مردم را فراهم می کنند، در حکم سربازان آمریکا هستند.
به گزارش ایرنا، محمدرحیم نوروزیان شنبه در آیین تکریم و معارفه فرماندار مشهد افزود: دشمن امروز در سه جبهه نظامی، اقتصادی و اجتماعی به کشور هجمه دارد و لازم است مدیریت جدید شهرستان در خصوص مقابله با مدیرانی که مشکل اقتصادی و یا مدیریتی دارند با قاطعیت وارد شود.
وی گفت: در جبهه نظامی به دلیل بازدارندگی بالای کشور، دشمنان هیچ غلطی نمی توانند بکنند و در جبهه اقتصادی نیز دشمن به دنبال تحریم نفت و تاثیرگذاری بر اقتصاد کشور است اما مهمترین عملکرد دشمن در جبهه اجتماعی است و هدف از اقدامات دیگر نیز ضربه زدن به کشور در بعد اجتماعی است.
نوروزیان خاطرنشان کرد: علی رغم این که مشهد امروز مورد تهاجم گروه های ضد انقلاب و خارجی است و مشکلات آن نیز بزرگنمایی می شود دارای ظرفیتهای زیادی از جمله وجود بارگاه منور رضوی، جمعیت با استعداد و خیل عظیم 30 میلیونی زائران رضوی است که ضرورت دارد از این ظرفیت بهره برداری لازم انجام شود.
وی بر لزوم مشارکت مردم در امور کشور تاکید کرد و افزود: حاصل عملکرد ما در این 40 سال همین شرائط موجود است که دارای دستاوردهای مهمی بوده و از طرفی باید مشکلات موجود نیز اصلاح شود لذا باید این مهم در فرایندها و تصمیم های مدیریتی نیز اعمال شود.
رئیس شورای شهر مشهد نیز با قدردانی از خدمات سرپرست فرمانداری مشهد، تلاش فرماندار سابق مشهد برای صیانت از آرا و حق مردم مشهد در جریان انتخابات سال گذشته را قابل ستایش خواند.
محمدرضا حیدری گفت: سه ضلع مردم، نخبگان و مدیران برای برون رفت از تنگناهای امروز جامعه به یاری هم نیاز دارند و البته نخبگان باید به عنوان ناظران بخشهای اجرایی وارد عمل شوند.
وی ادامه داد: شورای شهر مشهد مشکلات مردم را انکار نمی کند بلکه به دنبال شنیدن صدای آنان است، کاری که فرمانده سپاه امام رضا(ع) با حضور میان مردم انجام داد و به مشکلات آنان گوش داد که اقدامی آرام بخش برای مردم بود.
وی تاکید کرد: در شرایط اقتصادی کنونی، بار همه مشکلات را به گردن دولت انداختن پسندیده نیست، بلکه باید با تعامل و همکاری به مردم امید داد که البته این بحرانها را نیز پشت سر می گذاریم و مسائل و مشکلات جاری را سپری می کنیم .
