آبیاری تانکری در طول روز ممنوع شد
معاون خدمات و محیط زیست شهرداری مشهد از ممنوعیت آبیاری تانکری فضای سبز در طول روز در راستای کاهش ترافیک خبر داد و اظهار کرد: با ابلاغ بخشنامهای به مناطق مختلف شهرداری مشهد از ابتدای خردادماه آبیاری تانکری فضای سبز در طول روز ممنوع و تنها در طول شب مجاز خواهد بود.
خلیل ا.. کاظمی افزود: همچنین با هدف اثربخشی و افزایش راندمان آبیاری، زمان آبیاری فضای سبز از ساعت 19 الی 6 صبح تعیین شده است و آبیاری خارج از این بازه زمانی تخلف محسوب خواهد شد، مگر در موارد محدود و در شرایط خاص که به تایید کارگروهی که به همین منظور تشکیل شده، رسیده باشد.
معاون خدمات و محیط زیست شهری شهرداری مشهد اضافه کرد: البته تردد تانکرهای حمل آب در طول روز، صرفا برای پر کردن مخازن آبیاری شبانه مجاز خواهد بود.
وی با بیان این که به منظور ساماندهی و نوسازی تانکرهای فعال در آبیاری فضای سبز، دستورالعمل تجهیز تانکرهای آبیاری تهیه و به کلیه مناطق شهرداری ابلاغ شده است، اظهار کرد: براساس این دستورالعمل مجوز حمل آب به تانکرها صرفا در صورت داشتن کلیه شرایط لازم و رعایت دقیق موارد ابلاغی داده میشود، که این موضوع ضمن نوسازی ناوگان حمل آب، باعث شده هدر رفت آب به حداقل ممکن برسد.
کاظمی گفت: همچنین برای کنترل و ساماندهی تانکرهای ویژه آبیاری فضای سبز مشهد تانکرها براساس سامانه AVL ، که محل آبگیری، مسیر و سرعت حرکت و نیز محل تخلیه آب توسط تانکر را به صورت آنلاین نمایش داده و ثبت مینماید، رصد میشوند.
معاون خدمات و محیط زیست شهرداری مشهد به انجام مطالعات تدقیق نیاز آبی فضای سبز شهر مشهد که از حدود 3 سال قبل آغاز شده است اشاره و تصریح کرد: براساس مطالعات انجام شده، حجم آب مورد نیاز مناطق به تفکیک هر لکه فضای سبز تعیین و پس از تایید نهایی، طی روزهای آتی به مناطق ابلاغ خواهد شد.
وی گفت: طبق برنامهریزیهای انجام شده مناطق شهرداری مشهد باید حجم آب مورد نیاز فضاهای سبز منطقه و برنامه آبیاری ماهیانه برای هر آبیاری هر لکه را تنظیم و جهت اجرا به پیمانکاران ابلاغ کنند و با دقت بر نحوه صحیح اجرای کار نظارت کرده و از هرگونه بیش آبیاری ممانعت به عمل آوردند که اجرایی شدن این اقدامات گام بسیار مهمی در مدیریت مصرف آب در فضای سبز خواهدبود.
کاظمی به اجرای شبکه جداسازی آب خام از آب شرب فضای سبز شهر مشهد اشاره کرد و افزود: تاکنون بیش از 28 کیلومتر از شبکه اصلی از پارک بهشت تا میدان نمایشگاه و بولوار نمایشگاه تا لادن و بیش از 104 کیلومتر شبکه فرعی نیز اجرا شده است.
وی اضافه کرد: همچنین این شبکه در مناطق 10 و 12 شهرداری که با محدودیت منابع آبی مواجه بودند و نیز کمربند سبز جنوبی نیز اجرا و اکنون در منطقه 9 در حال انجام است که اجرای آن ضمن کاهش تردد تانکر و هزینههای حمل، در افزایش راندمان مصرف و بهرهوری آب نیز تاثیر بسیار زیادی داشته است.
معاون خدمات و محیط زیست شهرداری مشهد به تاکید جدی شهرداری بر استفاده از آبهای نامتعارف و غیرشرب برای آبیاری فضاهای سبز اشاره کرد و گفت: براین اساس با احداث تصفیه خانههای لوکال و سیستمهای نوین تصفیه فاضلاب، آب مورد نیاز فضای سبز را تا حد امکان از محل پساب تصفیه شده، تامین خواهد شد.
کاظمی افزود: طبق برنامهریزی صورت گرفته تا پایان سال جاری تصفیه خانه سیدی و تصفیه خانه چهل بازه در مجموع با ظرفیت بیش از 100 لیتر در ثانیه به بهرهبرداری خواهند رسید و 13 تصفیهخانه دیگر نیز طبق برنامه، طی سالهای آتی اجرا خواهند شد.
وی خاطرنشان کرد:امسال از سوی شهرداری مشهد بیش از 4 میلیارد و800 میلیون تومان اعتبار برای توسعه شبکههای آبیاری تحت فشار تخصیص داده شده است.
