23 استان تحت تاثیر قرار می‌گیرد
نماینده درگز در مجلس شورای اسلامی گفت: ریزگردهای حاصل از آبگیری سد ایلیسو در ترکیه و خشک شدن هورالعظیم زندگی در ۲۳ استان کشور ما را تحت شعاع قرار می‌دهند و در بسیاری از محل‌ها زندگی غیر ممکن می‌شود.
عبدالله حاتمیان در خصوص مشکلات آب‌های مرزی کشور افزود: در حوزه خارجی آب، سد ایلیسو در کشور ترکیه در حال راه اندازی است و 650هزار هکتار از اراضی کشور عراق خشک می‌شود و آب به هورالعظیم نمی‌رسد و ریزگردها زندگی در 23 استان کشور ما را تحت شعاع قرار می‌دهند و در بسیاری از محل‌ها زندگی غیر ممکن می‌شود.
عضو کمیسیون کشاورزی، آب و منابع طبیعی مجلس شورای اسلامی با بیان اینکه با بهره برداری این سد فشار بسیار زیادی بر قسمت‌های مرکزی ایران وارد می‌شود، گفت: لازم است کشور ما در کنوانسیون‌های بین المللی از حق خود دفاع کند و اجازه ندهند سد ایلیسو افتتاح شود.
نماینده مردم درگز در مجلس شورای اسلامی با اشاره به اینکه نباید اجازه داده شود تا سد سلما در افغانستان آبگیری شود، ادامه داد: دریاچه هامون و رودخانه هیرمند در استان سیستان بلوچستان خشک شده‌اند، لازم است ایران در این فضا ورود پیدا کند و رژیم حقوقی کشور را به‌صورت جدی تعریف کنند.
این نماینده مردم در مجلس شورای اسلامی با تاکید بر اینکه در بسیاری از محل‌ها بدون اینکه رژیم حقوقی وجود داشته باشد آب‌های شیرین کشور در حال عبور هستند و به کشورهای همسایه وارد می‌شود، عنوان کرد: آب‌های زیر سطحی کشور در درگز به سمت ترکمنستان در حال سرازیر شدن است، اگر ایران اجازه ندهد این آب به سمت کشور ترکمنستان برود این کشور خشک می‌شود، این کشور با توجه به اینکه آب خود را از ایران دارد نباید با کشوری مانند اسرائیل قرارداد همکاری منعقد کند و باید شریک تجاری مناسبی برای کشور ما باشد.
عضو کمیسیون کشاورزی، آب و منابع طبیعی مجلس شورای اسلامی در پایان خاطرنشان کرد: باید در فضای دیپلماسی آب ورود کنیم و این فضا را دریابیم، در حال حاضر ایران در این فضا حاضر نیست و اگر حضور داشت باید من به‌عنوان نایب رئیس کمیته آب از آن اطلاع داشته باشم.
