مدیر اجرایی طرح بزرگ میدان شهدا گفت: میدان شهدا در آستانه ورود به لیست بزرگترین پلازاهای کشور قرار دارد.

وحید برجسته‌نژاد با بیان این مطلب، افزود: میدان شهدا تنها میدان واقعی با کارکردهای مدنی، اجتماعی، شهری، ترافیکی و کسب و کار است که در عصر حاضر طراحی شده و با برخورداری از 70 درصد پیشرفت فیزیکی، در آستانه ورود به لیست بزرگترین پلازاهای کشور قرار دارد.

وی با اشاره به مهم‌ترین میادین ایران که دارای کارکردهای یک میدان واقعی است، بیان کرد: میدان نقش جهان، میدان گنجعلی خان کرمان، میدان ارگ تهران، میدان مسجد جامع قزوین و میدان امیرچخماق یزد در این راستا قابل ذکر است که البته همه این موارد متعلق به صده‌های پیشین است.

مدیر اجرایی طرح بزرگ میدان شهدا هزینه اجرای این طرح را تاکنون حدود یک هزار میلیارد تومان اعلام کرد و گفت: مراحل اجرایی این طرح از سال 83 عملیاتی شده و حدود 400 میلیارد تومان دیگر اعتبار برای اتمام این طرح نیاز است.

برجسته‌نژاد با بیان اینکه 70 پروژه با کاربری‌های متنوع در قالب طرح میدان شهدا تعریف شده، خاطرنشان کرد: این طرح محدود به عرصه میدان شهدا نیست، بلکه محور خیابان توحید، خیابان صاحب‌الزمان(عج)، منطقه هشت‌آباد، زیرگذرهای طرح و بخشی از ورودی خیابان شهید هاشمی‌نژاد را شامل می‌شود و در حقیقت این طرح مجموعه پروژه‌هایی است که هدف بزرگتری را دنبال می‌کند.

وی بیان کرد: هم‌اکنون طرح میدان شهدا به مراحل پایانی اجرای خود نزدیک می‌شود و از آنجا که صاحب نظران، نخبگان و معماران بزرگ کشور برای اجرایی شدن این طرح ایده‌پردازی کردند، بار دیگر در نشستی دور هم گرد می‌آیند تا نتایج فعالیت‌های صورت گرفته را از نزدیک مرور کنند.

مدیر اجرایی طرح بزرگ میدان شهدا اظهار کرد: قرار است در نشست «هم‌افزایی اندیشه‌ها پیرامون بزرگترین میدان معاصر ایران» مسیر طی شده بازخوانی شود.

گفتنی است، ششم اسفندماه «نشست هم‌افزایی اندیشه‌ها پیرامون بزرگترین میدان معاصر ایران» با حضور نخبگان هنر و معماری کشور در موزه بزرگ خراسان واقع در پارک کوهسنگی برگزار خواهد شد.

 

* مراد از کلمه «پلازا» در اصطلاح شهرسازی و معماری، فضایی عمومی در شهر است که به جای خودروها در اختیار مردم باشد.
