سفر 1.8 میلیون زائر خارجی به مشهد
مدیرکل هماهنگی امور فرهنگی زائران استانداری خراسان رضوی گفت: در 10 ماهه امسال یک میلیون و 800 هزار زائر خارجی از کشورهای مختلف جهان به مشهد مقدس سفر کردند.
سیدحمید موسوی افزود: سالانه به طور متوسط 27 میلیون زائر داخلی و خارجی به مشهد سفر می کنند که به طور میانگین 2 میلیون نفر آنان زائران خارجی هستند.
وی با اشاره به وجود 400 میلیون شیعه در سطح جهان گفت: حضور سالانه 2 میلیون زائر خارجی در مشهد با توجه به تعداد شیعیان در جهان و جایگاه مشهد در جهان تشیع، آمار قابل توجهی نیست و باید بستر مناسب برای جذب بیشتر زائران خارجی فراهم شود.
وی بیان کرد: برای رسیدن به شمار درخور زائران در مشهد، نیازمند همکاری نزدیک دولت، رسانه ها و بخش خصوصی به منظور تامین امکانات و زیرساختها و اطلاع رسانی مطلوب هستیم.
موسوی از مناسب سازی شهر، آموزش زبان انگلیسی به متولیان خدمت رسانی به زائران، ترویج آداب فرهنگ صحیح میزبانی شایسته از زائران، آموزش آداب زیارت در مشهد مقدس به زائران و … به عنوان برخی از اقدامات لازم برای پذیرایی مناسب از زائران خارجی یاد کرد.

موسوی افزود: آموزش زبان بین المللی و آداب میزبانی زائران به رانندگان حمل و نقل عمومی توسط شهرداری مشهد و دوزبانه کردن علائم راهنمایی و رانندگی در سطح شهر از جمله فعالیتهای نهادهای مرتبط با این موضوع در خراسان رضوی است.
وی ادامه داد: از آنجا که رسانه نقش بسیار مهمی در تکریم زائران و ترویج فرهنگ میزبانی دارد کارگروهی تحت عنوان کارگروه رسانه زیارت رضوی نیز با اهداف کلان زیارت تشکیل شده است.
موسوی افزود: در مجموع اجرای طرحهای زیادی برای ارتقای فرهنگ میزبانی از زائران امام رضا(ع) به عنوان بخشی از سند ملی کمی و کیفی توسعه زیارت بتازگی شروع شده است و تا رسیدن به هدف نهایی فاصله زیادی وجود دارد.
وی خاطر نشان کرد: سند توسعه کمی و کیفی زیارت در سال 1394 بعد از انجام مطالعات فراوان با گستره و کارگروه های مختلف به عنوان یک سند بالادستی حوزه زیارت به تصویب رسید. این سند در قالب 821 پروژه، 13 برنامه عملیاتی، 10 راهبرد و 39 سیاست کلان با مشارکت 62 دستگاه اجرایی در خراسان رضوی در حال اجراست.
