اعتقادی به داشتن مدارس خاص ندارم
مدیر آموزش و پرورش کاشمر گفت: هیچگونه اعتقادی به داشتن مدارس خاص ندارم و باید همه دانشآموزان در کنار یکدیگر به تحصیل بپردازند.
علی طاهریان روز گذشته 20 آذرماه در نشست خبری خود با معاونین مقاطع مختلف با اصحاب رسانه که در محل آموزش و پرورش برگزار شد، با بیان اینکه نگاه ما به مدارس خاص نوع ترکیبی آنها است، افزود: مطلوب این است که مدارس خاص نداشته باشیم و دانشآموزان با هر توانی در کنار هم باشند.
وی با اشاره به اینکه این اقدام میتواند به ایجاد انگیزه و افزایش حس رقابت در بین دانشآموزان کمک کند، بیان کرد: بدون تمامی دانشآموزان در کنار یکدیگر به ایجاد عدالت آموزشی نزدیکتر است.
طاهریان بیان کرد: متأسفانه به دلیل اینکه در همه شهرها موضوع رقابت جدی است و آموزش و پرورش به کنکور بسیار اهمیت میدهد و همچنین برون داد این سازمان صرفا در کنکور خلاصه میشود مجبور به داشتن روش آموزش گلخانهای و جزیرهای هستیم.
وی با بیان اینکه این وضعیت موجب شده مدارس تیزهوشان و نمونه را داشته باشیم و گرنه اعتقاد خود من و حتی اداره کل آموزش و پرورش بر اجرای این روش نیست، عنوان کرد: نگاه ما بر کاهش مدارس خاص است.
هزینه هر دانشآموز 2 میلیون و 300 هزار تومان
مدیر آموزش و پرورش کاشمر همچنین با اشاره به اینکه امسال درخواست از سوی مدارس شاهد برای توسعه کلاسها بسیار زیاد بوده است، بیان کرد: مدیران مدارس در تلاش بودند با توسعه کلاسها دانشآموزان بیشتری را ثبتنام کنند.
وی با اعلام اینکه چون باید دانشآموزان براساس امتیاز و برخی شاخصها به این مدارس بروند به همین جهت با توسعه کلاسها موافقت نکردهایم، گفت: این توسعه فقط بر افزایش توان مالی این مدارس کمک میکند.
طاهریان با بیان اینکه از سویی باید مدارس غیرانتفاعی را هم در نظر داشته باشیم، بیان کرد: اکنون مدارس غیرانتفاعی کاشمر 3400 دانشآموز را پوشش میدهند و این کمک بسیار بزرگی به آموزش و پرورش است.
وی با اشاره به اینکه سالیانه هر دانشآموز دو میلیون و 300 هزار تومان برای دولت بار مالی دارد، افزود: مدارس غیرانتفاعی این بار را از روی دوش آموزش و پرورش کم میکنند.
آسیبهای اجتماعی دغدغه آموزش و پرورش
طاهریان در ادامه با اشاره به اینکه دغدغه اصلی ما در آموزش و پرورش آسیبهای اجتماعی است، بیان کرد: با توجه به شرایط خاصی که امروز در جامعه وجود دارد از جمله فضاهای مجازی و مشکلات اجتماعی دیگری همانند طلاق و سایر ناهنجاریها میطلبد به آسیبهای اجتماعی در بین دانشآموزان توجه بیشتری شود.
وی با بیان اینکه چون تربیت را مقدم بر آموزش و آسیبهای اجتماعی را مخل در کیفیت آموزشی میدانیم مهمترین دغدغه اکنون آسیبهای اجتماعی است، بیان کرد: از مسئولان مربوطه انتظار داریم همه توان و ظرفیت خود را یکپارچه کرده تا بتوانیم در این جهت گام مؤثری برداریم.
مدیر آموزش و پرورش کاشمر همچنین به وضعیت افسردگی دانشآموزان اشاره کرد و گفت: در خصوص کاهش این افسردگیها کارهای بسیاری در حال اجرا است.
تلاش خیرین برای کمک به آموزش و پرورش
وی همچنین با بیان اینکه برنامه محوری، خلاقیت، اخلاقمداری و عدالت آموزشی شعار سال جاری آموزش و پرورش کاشمر است، گفت: برنامه محوری را برای جلوگیری از هدر رفت زمان و فرصت سوزی در مدارس تعریف کردهایم.
طاهریان با اشاره به اینکه در این راستا از تمامی مدارس خواسته شده برنامهای تهیه و اولویتهای کاری خود را مشخص و اعلام کنند، عنوان کرد: مدیران مدارس باید حداقل سه و حداکثر شش اولویت را تعیین کنند.
وی با اعلام اینکه مدیران باید بر اساس این اولویتها حرکت کرده و اهداف خود را پیش ببرند، بیان کرد: از شهریورماه امسال در حوزه عمرانی، آموزشی و ساماندهی نیروی انسانی اقدامات بسیار خوبی انجام شده است.
مدیر آموزش و پرورش کاشمر با بیان اینکه در حوزه عمرانی طی دو ماه گذشته حداقل شاهد سه گروه از خیرین بزرگ کشور در کاشمر بودیم، اظهار کرد: حضور یکی از خیرین در کاشمر موجب شد بالغبر دو میلیارد تومان به آموزش و پرورش کاشمر در بخشهای مختلف کمک شود.
وی همچنین از حضور جامعه خیرین یاوری تهران در کاشمر خبر داد و عنوان کرد: در تفاهمهای اولیه پیشبینی میکنیم بالغبر 3 میلیارد و 500 میلیون تومان آورده سفر این خیرین برای کاشمر باشد.
طاهریان در ادامه کنکور را مهمترین ویترین آموزش و پرورش دانست و گفت: نه تنها برای کیفیت آموزش بلکه در بخشهای مختلف دیگر نیز برنامه ریزی شده است.
