تقویت ارتباط و تعامل دولت های مسلمان با یکدیگر
زلمی ویسا، والی قندهار در صدر هیاتی متشکل از بخش های دولتی و خصوصی با استاندار خراسان رضوی، در مشهد مقدس دیدار کرد.
علی رضا رشیدیان با اشاره به ضرورت تقویت ارتباط و تعامل دولت های مسلمان با یکدیگر، بر توسعه ی مناسبات با کشور افغانستان به ویژه ولایت قندهار تاکید کرد.
وی خواستار استفاده ی بیشتر از ظرفیت بخش خصوصی در توسعه ی مناسبات بین دو استان شد و اظهار داشت: تبادل اطلاعات اقتصادی، تسهیلات تجاری و ترانزیتی بین دو طرف در زمینه ی صدور روادید، افزایش روند سرمایه گذاری و رفع موانع سرمایه گذاری، به تحقق این مهم کمک شایان توجهی می کند.
استاندار خراسان رضوی با اشاره به سطح مطلوب روابط جمهوری اسلامی ایران و جمهوری اسلامی افغانستان، افزود: آماده ی همکاری در حوزه های صنعتی، تجاری، علمی، فرهنگی، بهداشتی، خدمات شهری، زراعی و محیط زیست با ولایت قندهار هستیم. رشیدیان از آمادگی استان برای تبادل استاد، دانشجو و همکاری های مشترک فرهنگی با قندهار خبر داد و گسترش روابط تجاری، برپایی نمایشگاه تخصصی و مشترک، ارائه ی توانمندی های اقتصادی دو طرف، بهره گیری از ظرفیت بخش خصوصی و غیر دولتی و تبادل هیات های تجاری بین دو استان را مورد تاکید قرار داد.
وی گفت: در صدور خدمات فنی و مهندسی، احداث شهرک صنعتی، تسهیل در روند فعالیت تجار و بازرگانان دو طرف و تسریع در مبادله ی کالا، آمادگی لازم وجود دارد.
رشیدیان بر تداوم و گسترش توریسم درمانی با توجه به وجود مراکز درمانی مجهز و کادر درمانی متخصص، تاکید کرد و از همکاری های مشترک در این حوزه با برخی ولایت های افغانستان خبر داد.
استاندار خراسان رضوی با اشاره به حجم قابل توجه سرمایه گذاری در بند چابهار و برنامه ریزی برای اتصال آن به خط آهن سراسری مشهد، تهران، گفت: از این طریق و ارتباط آن با مسیر ریلی خواف به هرات، زمینه برای توسعه حمل و نقل ایمن ریلی فراهم می شود.
وی از همجواری استان با کشورهای همسایه به عنوان یک مزیت یاد کرد و تامین امنیت در مناطق مرزی را ضروری دانست و افزود: باید در این راستا تلاش های بیشتری صورت پذیرد.
رشیدیان بازگشت برخی افراد و گروهک های تکفیری از سوریه به افغانستان را موجب نگرانی دانست و گفت: ما خواهان استقرار امنیت و ثبات در کشورهای همسایه خود هستیم.
زلمی ویسا والی قندهار نیز ضمن ابراز خرسندی از حضورش در مشهد و مثبت ارزیابی کردن نتایج سفرش، گفت: اهتمام و علاقه ی دو طرف بر توسعه ی همه جانبه ی همکاری ها است که باید از این فرصت نهایت استفاده را ببریم .
وی با تاکید بر تسهیل در تردد کامیون هاریال نفت کش و تسهیل در روند صدور ویزا برای بازرگانان، افزود: زمینه برای حضور تجار و بازرگانان خراسان رضوی در ولایت قندهار فراهم است.
