از سکوت نسبی حامیان دولت تا رایزنی های فشرده در تهران
این روزها انتخاب استاندار خراسان رضوی در دولت دوازدهم، موضوع هر میزگرد سیاسی و غیرسیاسی در مشهد شده است. کافی است گوشی تلفن همراهت را برداری و اخبار ضد و نقیض و بعضا شایعههایی را در این مورد طی چشم برهم زدنی رصد کنی. البته این انتخاب چهار ساله تنها در شبکههای مجازی خلاصه نمیشود. پای ثابت صحبتهای مردم، گزینههای پیشنهاد شده برای این سمت مهم و نقشآفرین است و هر کسی بنا به اطلاعات و فهم خودش نظراتی را به دیگری عنوان میکند . مردم استان از استاندار فقط نامی به قدرت و گستردگی استان نمیخواهند، شخصی آشنا با شاخصههای کلی و جزئی خراسان رضوی، دارای بینشی عمیق از کاستیها و کمبودهای جامعه در تمامی جهات، سخنگویی وظیفه شناس، مدیری مقتدر و دلسوز را از دولت تدبیر و امید برای شهرشان خواستارند تا شاید با تصمیمات خردمندانه و گامهای استوار او، رونق، امید، شادی و رضایت در این شهر رنگی به روشنی آفتاب گیرد و دست یابی به افق دور از ذهنها نباشد.
چرا استانداران تغییر میکنند؟
وزیر کشور گفت: در انتخاب استانداران معیارها تغییر نکرده بلکه ارزیابی های چهارسال عملکرد آنها موثر بوده است. رحمانی فضلی که در جلسه معرفی استاندار جدید کهگیلویه و بویراحمد، اظهار کرد: کماکان استانداران باید توسعه گرا بوده، سیاست ها و برنامه های دولت را قبول داشته و اجرا کنند و علاوه بر تجربه، قدرت هماهنگی و تعامل هم داشته باشند. وی بیان کرد: در جابجایی هایی که بین استانها صورت می گیرد، عمده تلاشها بر استفاده از استانداران موجود که چهارسال باهم کار کردیم، بوده است.
رحمانی فضلی اظهار کرد: برخی استانداران دولت یازدهم نیز خودشان درخواست بازنشستگی و یا خدمت در سایر دستگاهها را دادند. وی گفت: امیدوارم هرکس استاندار می شود در راستای خدمت به مردم و تحقق اهداف انقلاب اسلامی نهایت تلاش خود را کند.
تصمیم وزیر کشور خلاف خواسته ستاد روحانی است
رئیس ستاد روحانی در استان خراسان رضوی با اشاره به طرح برخی گزینهها برای استانداری خراسان رضوی گفت: تلاش میکنیم آقای رشیدیان استاندار خراسان رضوی بماند.
حسین امینی در گفتوگو با خبرنگار ایسنا، درخصوص احتمال ابقا یا تغییر استاندار خراسان رضوی اظهار کرد: وزیر کشور تصمیمشان بر تغییر است و متاسفانه تغییر به سمتی می رود که خلاف خواسته ستاد دکتر روحانی در استان و اعتدالیون و اصلاحطلبان است.
وی با اشاره به طرح برخی گزینهها برای استانداری خراسان رضوی افزود: تلاش ما بر این است که بتوانیم صدای ستاد استان را به گوش مسوولین کشور برسانیم و تلاش میکنیم آقای رشیدیان استاندار خراسان رضوی باقی بماند. رئیس ستاد روحانی در استان خراسان رضوی با اشاره به اینکه در این راستا هنوز صحبتی با مقامات در تهران نداشتیم، گفت: اما از آنان در این رابطه درخواست وقت کردهایم.
امینی درخصوص گزینههای مطرح برای استانداری خراسان رضوی گفت: آقای مهرعلیزاده قطعا مورد تایید همه اصلاحطلبان، اعتدالگرایان و اصولگرایان حامی آقای روحانی هستند، اما بعید میدانم که ایشان این مسوولیت را قبول کنند.
فعالیت رسانه های حامی گزینه های استانداری در مشهد
در همین حال ،روزنامه خراسان در شماره اخیرش نوشت:در حالیکه فرایند تغییر استانداران با تعیین هفت استاندار جدید برای برخی استانهای کشور طی چند روز گذشته کلید خورد،گمانه زنیهای متعددی درباره سکاندار جدید خراسان رضوی نیز دررسانهها مطرح شد. روز گذشته دربرخی شبکههای اجتماعی، مطلبی با عنوان« شنیدهها » مطرح شد که از انتخاب استاندار خراسان رضوی از میان 18 گزینه اولیه و سه گزینه نهایی تا روز یک شنبه و همزمان با اولین جلسه هیئت دولت یا در نهایت چهارشنبه هفته جاری خبر داده بود. بر پایه همین گمانه زنی، مقرر شده است تا روز شنبه، سه گزینه نهایی این مسئولیت تعیین و برای بررسی به کمیته سه نفرهای به ریاست جهانگیری معاون اول دولت دوازدهم معرفی شوند.
با این همه، علیرضا رشیدیان روز گذشته در گفت و گوی کوتاهی درباره گمانه زنیهای صورت گرفته درخصوص تغییر و تحول در استانداری خراسان رضوی گفت:من سرباز انقلاب و نظام هستم، از امام بزرگوار آموختم خستگی در مسیر خدمت به انقلاب و مردم معناندارد.

پژمان از شهرداری مشهد تا معاونت وزارت راه و شهرسازی دولت یازدهم
در این میان گویا یکی از گزینه های دولت برای استانداری خراسان رضوی شهردار اسبق مشهد و معاون وزیر راه و شهرسازی در دولت یازدهم است. سید محمد پژمان پیش از این نیز در اواسط دولت یازدهم با قوت گرفتن تغییر در استانداری خراسان رضوی قرار بود به عنوان استاندار این استان منصوب شود و کار تا تنظیم حکم وی نیز پیش رفت اما به دلایلی این امر انجام نشد. آشنایی کامل با موضوعات خراسان رضوی، بومی بودن، سوابق متعدد اجرایی و رعایت اعتدال در موضع گیریهای سیاسی از جمله نقاط قوت پژمان است و عدم حمایت اکثریت جریان اصلاح طلب از وی جزء نقاط ضعف وی می باشد.
بازگشت مهرعلیزاده به مشهد
گزینه دیگری است که این روزها سخن از آمدنش به استانداری خراسان رضوی است، چهره اصلاح طلب و شناخته شده ملی، محسن مهرعلیزاده است. وی در دولت اول خاتمی استاندار خراسان رضوی و در دولت دوم به عنوان معاون رئیس جمهور و رئیس سازمان تربیت بندی مشغول به کار بود. مطالب زیادی در دولت یازدهم و دوازدهم برای تصدی پستهای مختلف توسط مهرعلیزاده در رسانهها منتشر شده بود که آخرین آن موضوع رفتن وی به شهرداری تهران و استانداری خراسان رضوی است. مهرعلیزاده اگر چه بومی خراسان رضوی محسوب نمیشود، اما سبقه اصلاح طلبی و تجربه کاری در استانداری این استان باعث شده تا به عنوان یکی از گزینههای تصدی نماینده دولت در خراسان رضوی مطرح شود.
استاندار سمنان به مشهد میآید
گزینه بعدی که این روزها نامش برای استانداری خراسان رضوی بر سر زبانها افتاده محمدرضا خباز نماینده اسبق شهرستان کاشمر در مجلس شورای اسلامی و استاندار سمنان در دولت یازدهم است که از اعضای حزب اعتماد ملی به شمار میرود و سبقه اصلاح طلبی دارد. وی این روزها نامش برای تصدی پست استاندار خراسان رضوی و آذربایجان غربی مطرح است.
مجمع نمایندگان استان جلسهای پیرامون تغییر یا ابقای استاندار برگزار نکرده است
نماینده مردم تربت جام در مجلس شورای اسلامی گفت: مجمع نمایندگان استان برای تغییر با ابقای استاندار تاکنون جلسهای برگزار نکرده است.
جلیل رحیمیجهان آبادی در گفتوگو با خبرنگار ایسنا، با اشاره به اینکه مجمع نمایندگان استان خراسان رضوی تاکنون جلسهای پیرامون تغییر یا ابقای استاندار خراسان رضوی برگزار نکرده است، اظهار کرد: اخباری که ما نیز در این راستا میشنویم از رسانههاست و تاکنون از طرف دولت هیچ جلسهای یا همفکری با نمایندگان استان حداقل با بنده انجام نشده است.
وی افزود: آقایان مهرعلیزاده، پژمان، خباز و مظفری جز گزینههای مطرح برای استانداری خراسان رضوی هستند اما اینکه کدام یک گزینه نهایی دولت است بنده اطلاع ندارم.
