دست به دست شدن قدرت ناشی از عملکرد مثبت جریان پیروز نیست
یک فعال سیاسی اصولگرا گفت: هیچ کدام از جریانهای اصولگرایی، اصلاحطلبی و جریانی که به اعتدالگرایی معروف شده از انضباط و انسجام تشکیلاتی برخوردار نیستند و فقط در مقطع انتخابات ائتلافهای مقطعی و موسمی تشکیل می دهند.
محمدجواد آرینمنش درباره عملکرد جریانهای سیاسی کشور اظهار کرد: به طور کلی احزاب در کشور ما نهادینه نشده اند و به جز در یک مقطع دو سه ساله در اول انقلاب که یک اهتمام جدی از سوی رهبران سیاسی نظام در ایجاد حزب فراگیر جمهوری اسلامی وجود داشت، فعالیت احزاب رو به افول گذاشت و احزاب بزرگ و فراگیر در کشور شکل نگرفت.
این نماینده پیشین مجلس شورای اسلامی در ادامه افزود: سران کشور از سلایق مختلف عضو حزب جمهوری اسلامی بودند و در کنار این حزب فراگیر تشکلهای دیگر مثل نهضت آزادی و موتلفه نیز فعال بودند، اما با بروز اختلاف در درون حزب جمهوری اسلامی و ترور شخصیتهای اصلی این حزب مثل شهید بهشتی، فعالیت این حزب متوقف شد و در مجموع هم احزاب بزرگ و فراگیر در ایران شکل نگرفت. بنابراین در مقاطع انتخابات ناگزیر احزاب و تشکلهای کوچک که بعضا تشکلهای صنفی، فرهنگی و غیرسیاسی بودند در کنار هم جمع می شوند و ائتلافی شکل می دهند.
این عضو حزب موتلفه اسلامی با بیان اینکه این ائتلافهای موقت و موسمی پس از پایان انتخابات از هم فرو میپاشد و احزاب تا انتخابات بعدی چند سال به خواب فرو میروند، خاطر نشان کرد: در انتخابات اخیر ریاست جمهوری اصولگرایان تحت عنوان تشکلی به نام جمنا دور هم جمع شدند اما این حرکت ناقص و غیرفراگیر و ضد احزاب بود و نه تنها به احزاب بها نداد، بلکه آنها را به حاشیه برد. مثلا یک حزب ریشه دار مثل موتلفه در درون جمنا قرار نگرفت و از گردونه خارج شد.
آرین منش همچنین تصریح کرد: سلایق اصولگرایان معتدل در درون جمنا جایگاهی پیدا نکرد و جریان جمنا فراگیر و شامل همه سلایق اصولگرایان نشد و این یکی از دلایل شکست جمنا بود. بعد از انتخابات هم جمنا به محاق رفت، زیرا به جای آنکه احزاب شناسنامهدار ریشهدار دورهم شوند ده نفر از افراد حقیقی دور هم جمع شدند و سعی کردند محوریت را به دست بگیرند. به جای آنکه احزاب محور حرکت می شدند و جامعتین ناظر و مرشد باشند، احزاب و جامعتین زیر نظر جمنا شدند و جایگاه خود را از دست دادند و با شکست جمنا جامعتین هم لطمه دید.
این فعال سیاسی نهادینه نشدن احزاب، عدم حمایت، هدایت و نظارت بر احزاب و پیشگیری نکردن از ورود تشکلهای فاقد مجوز سیاسی در انتخابات را از جمله دلایل ایجاد ائتلافهای فصلی و موسمی در آستانه انتخابات دانست و گفت: وزارت کشور باید از فعالیت تشکلهای فاقد مجوز در عرصه انتخابات جلوگیری کند زیرا طبق قانون تنها احزاب مجوزدار می توانند برای انتخابات لیست بدهند.
وی در ارزیابی خود از جریان اصلاحات نیز با اشاره به اینکه اصلاح طلبان نیز شرایطی مشابه اصولگرایان دارند گفت: پیروزی اصلاح طلبان به مفهوم عملکرد درست آنها در انتخابات نیست بلکه به دلیل کثرت اشتباهات جریان رقیب است. معمولا در ایران دست به دست شدن قدرت و گردش نخبگان ناشی از عملکرد مثبت جریان پیروز نیست، بلکه به علت ضعف جریان حاکم است. مردم هم به امید بهبود شرایط به جریان دیگر متمایل می شوند.
آرین منش خاطر نشان کرد: علت اینکه به ظاهر احساس میکنیم جریان اصلاحات در چند سال اخیر بهتر عمل کرده این است که معمولا جریانی که در اقلیت قرار گیرد از انسجام بیشتری برخوردار بوده و اختلافات خود را کاهش می دهند.
این عضو حزب موتلفه در پایان گفت: هیچ کدام از جریان های سیاسی در انتخابات برنامهای ارائه نکردند تا مردم براساس آن به نامزد خود رای بدهند. بیشتر آنچه مطرح شد نقد طرف مقابل بود. مشکل اصلی جریانهای سیاسی در کشور این است که احزاب در ایران نهادینه نشده بنابراین در ایام انتخابات شاهد شکل گیری ائتلافهای موسمی هستیم.
