434 هکتار اراضی ملی استان از تصرف آزاد شد
مدیرکل راه و شهرسازی خراسان رضوی گفت: در طول سه سال 92 تا 95، از 434 هکتار از اراضی ملی در این استان رفع تصرف شده است.
محمدرضا اخوان عبداللهیان، افزود: در این مدت با توجه به اهمیت ویژه حفظ حقوق بیتالمال و اموال عمومی برای نخستین بار در کشور یکان ویژه حفاظت اراضی سازمان ملی زمین و مسکن در خراسان رضوی تشکیل و با همکاری قوه قضائیه و شورای حفظ حقوق بیت المال استان، میزان مذکور از اراضی ملی رفع تصرف شد.
وی خاطرنشان کرد: قبل از دولت یازدهم در مقطعی از زمان، به یکباره ارزش افزوده زمین بسیار افزایش یافت که به تناسب آن تصرف اراضی در کشور از جمله خراسان رضوی بیشتر شد اما سال گذشته به دلیل کاهش قیمت زمین، افزایش ساخت و ساز و ابزار کنترلی، زمین خواری نیز رو به تنزل گذاشت.
مدیرکل راه و شهرسازی خراسان رضوی اظهار کرد: آنچه رفع تصرف اراضی ملی در دولت یازدهم را افزایش داد، راهاندازی سامانه یکپارچه مدیریت اراضی و مستغلات به صورت کشوری، در استان خراسان رضوی بود به طوری که رتبه این استان را در ثبت اطلاعات از سوم کشور در سال 94 به رتبه اول در سال 95 ارتقا داد.
وی بیان کرد: در همین راستا سند محدوده بیش از 140 هکتار و سند حریم بیش از سه هزار و 346 هکتار از اراضی ملی در استان و 6 هزار و 179 سند تک برگ برای اراضی مذکور صادر شد.
