قاضی بخشی محبی معاون اجتماعی وپیشگیری از جرم دادسرای مرکز استان در پی آتشسوزی در یکی از مجتمعهای تجارتی اقامتی مشهد گفت: پروندهای در حوزه اجتماعی وپیشگیری از جرم دادسرا بابت آتش سوزی دیروز تشکیل ومقصرین حادثه معرفی خواهند شد.
در اول تیر ماه به تمام شهرداران وسازمان آتش نشانی وخدمات أیمنی تذکر لازم واختیارات قانونی تقویض شد تا در صورت مشاهده شرایط خطری، راسا اقدامات لازم را بعمل آورند.
اتخاذ تدابیر احتیاطی جهت جلوگیری از خطرآتشسوزی و مانند آن از جمله وظایف شورای شهر و شهرداری است که در بند ۱۹ ماده ۷۱ قانون تشکیلات وظایف واختیارات شورای شهر و بند ۱۴ ماده ۵۵ قانون شهرداری ومبحث ۱۳ مقررات ملی ساختمان در این مورد خاص به آن اشاره شده و در صورت بروز حوادث، این نهادها نیز باید پاسخگو باشند. اینکه این پروژه با وجود نقایص اعلامی از سوی مالکین مجتمع چگونه پایانکار گرفته در دست بررسی است.
