درخواست یک میلیون و 200 هزار کارت هوشمند ملی در استان
معاون فناوری اطلاعات و آمار ثبت احوال خراسان رضوی از درخواست یک میلیون و 200 هزار کارت هوشمند ملی در استان خبر داد.
محمدرضا محسنی افزود: در حال حاضر چهار میلیون و 800 هزار نفر واجد شرایط برای دریافت کارت ملی هوشمند در استان هستند. تمام افراد 15 سال به بالا که باید شناسنامه خود را عکسدار کنند در هنگام مراجعه باید درخواست کارت هوشمند ملی بدهند.
محسنی با بیان اینکه اعتبار کارتهای ملی ساده تا آخر سال 96 تمدید شده است، عنوان کرد: در سال جاری باید یک میلیون و 600 هزار درخواست در استان ثبت شود.
معاون فناوری اطلاعات و آمار ثبت احوال خراسان رضوی در خصوص مراحل درخواست کارت هوشمند ملی، تصریح کرد: در ابتدا فرد باید وارد سایت WWW.ncr.ir شده و ثبتنام کند بعد از نوبتگیری باید برای تکمیل ثبتنام به دفاتر پستی و پیشخوان دولت مراجعه کند.
وی اضافه کرد: هر فرد باید اختصاصا خودش با شناسنامه در این دفاتر حضور پیدا کرده تا عکس زنده و اثر انگشت از او گرفته شود؛ در این حضور 20 هزار تومان برای هزینه خدمات دولتی و 9 هزار تومان حقالزحمه پیشخوان و پست و 2000 تومان بابت تحویل و فعالسازی کارت دریافت میشود.
معاون فناوری اطلاعات و آمار ثبت احوال خراسان رضوی با بیان اینکه در مشهد هشت دفتر پستی و 20 دفتر پیشخوان جهت درخواست کارت هوشمند ملی فعالیت میکنند، عنوان کرد: اگر ثبتنام اینترنتی نیز در این بخشها صورت گیرد، 5000 تومان نیز بابت این ثبت نام دریافت میشود.
محسنی در خصوص شناسنامههای مکانیزه، خاطرنشان کرد: شناسنامه مکانیزه شناسنامههایی هستند که در قطع پاسپورت به افراد تازه متولد شده و کسانی که 15 سال به بالا هستند ارائه میشود که تاکنون دو میلیون شناسنامه مکانیزه در استان صادر شده است.
وی اضافه کرد: برای کسانی که شناسنامههای عادی دارند اجباری برای تعویض نیست، اما میتوانند برای تعویض اقدام کنند؛ به افرادی که در خواست شناسنامه المثنی میکنند و افراد تازه متولد شده، شناسنامههای مکانیزه داده میشود.
