۲۸ کتابخانه سیار روستایی در استان راه اندازی خواهد شد
معاون اجتماعی، سیاسی و امنیتی استانداری خراسان رضوی گفت: در راستای توسعه فرهنگ کتاب و کتابخوانی و ارتقای سرانه مطالعه 28 کتابخانه سیار روستایی در استان راه اندازی خواهد شد.
دکتر سید جواد حسینی صبح یکشنبه در اولین جلسه انجمن کتابخانه های عمومی استان در سال جاری با اشاره اهمیت موضوع کتاب و کتابخوانی ، اظهار داشت : به منظور ارتقای سرانه مطالعه ، ۲۸ کتابخانه در شهرستان های استان احداث خواهد شد.
وی افزود: تا کنون و علاوه بر کتابخانه سیار کانون پرورش فکری کودکان و نوجوانان استان که در مشهد فعال شده؛ دو کتابخانه دیگر نیز در مشهد و تابیاد راه اندازی شده و در کاشمر نیز به بهره برداری می رسد.
معاون استاندار خراسان رضوی با اشاره به اثر بخش بودن محتوای نرم افزاری کتابخانه ی سیار کانون پرورش فکری استان گفت: الگو برداری از این مدل برای اجرای کتابخانه های سیار در استان می تواند بسیار مفید باشد
دکتر حسینی به کسب رتبه برتر کتابخانه سیار مشهد در بین دو هزار و ۳۰۰ کتابخانه سیار کشور اشاره و تاکید کرد: می بایست مدیران این کتابخانه ها افرادی آموزش دیده ، با انگیزه و متخصص در جذب مخاطب باشند.
وی با بیان این که اعتبارات ماده ۱۸۰ قانون ابلاغ شده است؛ از فرمانداران خواست تا در کمیته های برنامه ریزی شهرستان ها برای تخصیص اعتبار به پروژه کتابخانه های استان اقدام کنند.
معاون اجتماعی ،سیاسی، امنیتی و اجتماعی استانداری خراسان رضوی گفت: همچنین تامین اعتبار برای احداث هفت کتابخانه در شهرهای فاقد کتابخانه، ساخت کتابخانه مرکزی در شهرهای نیشابور، سبزوار و تربت حیدریه، تکمیل پروژه های نیمه تمام این حوزه و مقاوم سازی کتابخانه های فرسوده ی استان باید با جدیت دنبال شود.
وی از همراهی مدیرکل دفتر امور شهری و شوراهای استانداری و شهرداران استان به جهت پرداخت نیم درصد اعتبارات به کتابخانه های استان قدردانی کرد و گفت: میزان پرداختی سال ۹۵ در مقایسه با سال قبل آن ۶۳ درصد رشد داشته است .
حسینی در بخش دیگری از سخنانش با اشاره برگزاری جشنواره ی کتابخوانی رضوی در ۶ عنوان کتاب افزود: این جشنواره در هفتمین دوره خود با هدف ترویج فرهنگ رضوی و مطالعه با موضوع فرهنگ غنی اسلامی و سیره ائمة معصوم (ع) به ارائه 6 عنوان کتاب پیرامون زندگی امام رضا(ع)، حضرت معصومه(س) و حضرت احمد بن موسی(ع)، برای گروه‌های سنی کودک، نوجوان و بزرگسال می پردازد.
معاون استاندار خراسان رضوی تاکید کرد: باید از تمامی ابزارهای تبلیغی و تشویقی در برگزاری هر چه با شکوه تر این مسابقات استفاده کنیم.
وی افزود: دستگاه های اجرایی استان و همچنین فرمانداران در خصوص اطلاع رسانی مسابقات، برگزاری مسابقات در سطح دوایر خود و همچنین جلب مشارکت حداکثری اقدام نمایند.
