وی در مورد وضعیت تمدید قراردادش گفت: من هیچ پولی نگرفته‌ام و دنبال این مسائل هم نیستم. ما مشکلات زیادی در باشگاه داریم و اگر حل شود، همکاری‌مان را ادامه می‌دهیم.
سرمربی تیم فوتبال سیاه‌جامگان خراسان در خصوص اعتراض باشگاه صبای قم به بازی کردن تیم دوم پرسپولیس مقابل سیاه‌جامگان تصریح کرد: به این حرف‌ها کاری ندارم. پرسپولیس همیشه پرسپولیس است. ما بودیم که منطقی و خوب بازی کردیم و مزد زحمات‌مان را گرفتیم.
