سیاسی کاری شوراها، به نظام لطمه می‌زند
معاون هماهنگی امور عمرانی استاندار خراسان رضوی گفت: سیاسی کاری و داشتن عینک پررنگ سیاسی در شوراهای شهر و روستا به نظام و مصالح کشور ضربه می‌زند.
به گزارش ایرنا، محمد مقدوری روز پنجشنبه در نشست شورای اسلامی‌خراسان رضوی در مشهد افزود: فضای شورا فضای حساسی است لذا پرهیز از ورود شوراها به مسائل سیاسی ضروری است.
وی با بیان اینکه خدمت به مردم نباید به مسائل سیاسی آلوده شود، اظهار کرد: در گذشته آلودگی سیاسی در برخی شوراها وجود داشت که موجب خسارت بسیار شد لذا باید نسبت به این موضوع به شدت مراقبت کرد و اجازه نداد شوراها محفل و بستر فعالیت گروه‌های سیاسی باشند.
وی گفت: استفاده از ظرفیتهای دانشگاهی و تخصصی و داشتن نگاه جامع به مباحث مدیریت شهری نیز در نظام شورایی ضروری است و شوراهای اسلامی‌شهر باید بدانند که شورای شهر هستند نه شورای شهرداری.
معاون استاندار خراسان رضوی ادامه داد: بستر سازی مضاعف برای استفاده از همه ظرفیتهای جامعه به خصوص بخش خصوصی ، تعریف منابع درآمد جدید و منابع درآمد پایدار و بسترسازی برای هزینه ضابطه مند از دیگر مواردی است که توجه به آنها در شوراهای شهر و روستا ضروری است.
وی با تاکید بر تهیه و تصویب برنامه‌های میان مدت و درازمدت برای شهرداری‌ها، افزود: اولویت دادن به نوسازی بافتهای فرسوده نیز باید مورد نظر اعضای شوراها باشد.
تخصیص 6 هزار و 700 میلیارد ریال اعتبار دولتی به شهرداریهای خراسان رضوی
مقدوری با بیان اینکه اعتبار دولتی مصوب برای توزیع در شهرداریهای استان در سال گذشته شش هزار و 700میلیارد ریال بود افزود: پنج هزار و 950 میلیارد ریال از این مبلغ در بخش هزینه ای و مابقی نیز برای تملک بین شهرداریهای استان توزیع شد.
وی گفت: کمک‌های دولت به دهیاری‌های استان نیز در سال گذشته یکهزار و 668 میلیارد ریال بود. طبق مصوبات قانونی تعداد اعضای پنجمین دوره انتخابات شوراهای شهر کاهش می‌یابد.
مقدوری با بیان اینکه تعداد اعضای شوراهای شهر در 73 شهر طی دوره چهارم 439 نفر بود، افزود : این تعداد در دوره جدید به 395 نفر کاهش می‌یابد.
وی خاطرنشان کرد : در بخش شوراهای روستایی از نظر تعداد اعضا تغییری وجود ندارد ولی تعداد روستاهایی که شرایط جمعیتی برای داشتن شورای روستا را دارند از 2 هزار و 524 روستا به 2 هزار و 575 روستا افزایش یافته
