با اجرای طرح تحول نظام سلامت در حوزه دندانپزشکی: شاخص پوسیدگی دندان در خراسان رضوی کاهش یافت

رئیس واحد بهداشت دهان و دندان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد گفت: شاخص پوسیدگی دندان در کودکان با اجرای طرح تحول نظام سلامت در حوزه دندانپزشکی در مناطق زیر پوشش این دانشگاه در خراسان رضوی کاهش یافت.

بهمن کلالی افزود: میزان پوسیدگی دندان در دانش آموزان 12 ساله یکی از شاخص های مورد تاکید سازمان بهداشت جهانی است، یعنی هر دانش آموز در سن 12 سالگی به طور میانگین چند دندان پوسیده دارد.

وی بیان کرد: طبق بررسی ها در سال 91 شاخص پوسیدگی دندان در دانش آموزان 12 ساله ساکن در مناطق زیر پوشش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد 2.09 بوده است که این میزان اکنون به 1.85 کاهش یافته است.

وی در خصوص اجرای برنامه دندانپزشک خانواده در مناطق روستایی و شهرهای زیر 20هزار نفر خراسان رضوی اظهار کرد: در قالب این طرح خدمات دندانپزشکی برای افراد زیر 14 سال و مادران باردار به طور رایگان و برای سایر گروه­ها در قالب تعرفه دولتی ارائه می شود.

کلالی خدمات دندانپزشکی ارائه شده در قالب این طرح را شامل معاینه، جرم گیری، آموزش بهداشت، فیشور سیلانت (ترمیم دندان 6 کودکان)،کشیدن دندان و فلورایدتراپی عنوان کرد.

رئیس واحد بهداشت دهان و دندان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد گفت: جذب 60 دندانپزشک در مناطق روستایی و شهرهای کوچک، اجرای طرح وارنیش فلورایدتراپی، ثبت اطلاعات دانش آموزان در سامانه سینا، فعال­سازی واحدهای دندانپزشکی ویژه دانش آموزان، تجهیز و بازسازی واحدهای دندانپزشکی و افزایش چهار برابری خدمات جرم گیری از اقدامات انجام شده در سال­های اخیر بوده است. در طول دو سال گذشته 700 هزار دانش آموز مناطق زیر پوشش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد خدمات فلورایدتراپی را در دو نوبت برای پیشگیری از بیماری های دهان و دندان دریافت کرده اند.
